GEORGE is Professional, Cooperative, Responsible, and a super nice guy!!!! ! He always keeps us informed about coming, and everything he does, and anything we should look out for! Megan (in the CA office) manages things well, and does her best to avoid problems. If there are any problems she does get them taken care of ASAP!!! With George & Megan we are quite happy we switched to Pest Raiders! Pest Raiders is a Great Company to deal with!!!! IT IS QUITE NICE TO WORK WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY & GREAT CARING PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOTE: STAY AWAY FROM = LV Pest Control!!!!!! When we moved to NV we had a Great Small company & when the owner retired he sold out to LV Pest Control. The individual exterminators were the same (for a while) and they good; However, LV Pest Control has the worst group of managers ever! Not only are they Rude, Irresponsible, & Discourteous!!! They Constantly Screwed Up appointments, and they took our "auto-pay," then said we were delinquent, and put us in for collection - SEVERAL TIMES!!!! Every time there was a problem the managers Refused to get on the phone, and did Absolurtely Nothing!!! ***** WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHIG CLOSE TO THOSE NEGATIVE PEOPLE, AND EXPERIENCES ANYMORE!!!!! They may charge a little less, but They Do Much Less & Screw-Up Much More & Cause Many More Problems ! CHEAP IS CHEAP & that should be their name!!! YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. or rather - With them YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! YOU DO GET AGGRAVATION!!!

Pest Raiders of LV has been such an incredible help removing bees for our home! We couldn’t even go outside and they were so quick to respond! Will call again if we get more bees!

The tech we had was very kind and listened to our issues. He assessed the insects we were seeing and after his treatments we really didn’t see anything except the sugar ants in our kitchen. We called him back to let him know and he came back out and did another treatment a week after the first and it did the trick! It was also so wonderful to have the flexibility to take a month off if needed, with out penalties. Great experience.

We found a scorpion in our kitchen this morning and George showed up promptly, the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and answered all our questions. He gave us a great education about what he was doing, and why. Don't hesitate to call this company!

George has very good energy and always communicates for when he arrives and knocks out his work fast and efficiently and helps us out promptly. With how old our house is and how bad the bugs were in this house, he was able to knock out the infestation in one go and does great with the follow-ups.

Had pigeon nets put up by them. I was told if they broke in the next six months they would be fixed for free by a technician. Sure enough they did a couple months later. Called them, oh they don't do that service anymore, how convenient.

Hello there, little scorpion! As an unwanted--but predictable, living in Southern Nevada--house guest made its appearance last weekend, we called Pest Raiders. Their response was immediate and the follow-up, first service was scheduled quickly and politely by Megan. George B arrived this morning, as scheduled, and he was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with the initial treatment of the interior and exterior of the house. We have pets, so that was a concern, which he adeptly addressed. He also addressed other issues around the house, like tree branches touching the roof and outside doors tightly fitting into doorways, as other possible ways to mitigate any reappearances of little scorpions and other pests. Their prices/service contract is affordable, and we are hopeful that this issue has been sufficiently addressed by Pest Raiders.
