If I could give Gary and Pest Pros Las Vegas 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment Gary arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly kind. What really stood out to me wasn't just his knowledge and experience—it was the genuine empathy he showed throughout the entire visit. I've had several cockroach encounters over the past few weeks that left me terrified to even use my downstairs bathroom. On top of that, I shared with Gary that I have childhood memories of living in the woods where spiders would crawl on me at night, which has contributed to a lifelong fear of insects. Instead of dismissing my concerns or making me feel embarrassed, he listened patiently, showed compassion, and never once made me feel like I was overreacting. That meant more to me than I can express. As we walked through my home, Gary took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He identified the type of cockroach from a photo I had taken, explained where they typically come from, why they enter homes, and what could be done to help prevent future problems. I learned so much during our conversation, and his willingness to educate me helped ease a lot of the anxiety I'd been carrying. After getting quotes from other pest control companies that tried to upsell me into expensive service contracts and much higher one-time treatment prices, Pest Pros Las Vegas was, hands down, the best value. Even better, there was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch. Gary never tried to sell me services I didn't need. He simply focused on solving the problem at the price that was quoted through Yelp's request a quote feature. Since I'm a Yelp employee I can't leave a review there or I would! That level of honesty and integrity is refreshing and gave me even more confidence that I had made the right decision in choosing Pest Pros. Right before Gary arrived, I had vacuumed up a half-alive cockroach but was too terrified to empty the bin on my Dyson because I was convinced it might suddenly jump out at me. Without hesitation, Gary kindly emptied the vacuum, removed the cockroach and debris, and helped put my mind at ease so I could use my vacuum again. It wasn't something he had to do, but it was another example of his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. He was extremely thorough, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire service. After finishing the job, Gary realized he had accidentally left with the only key to my side gate in his pocket. He immediately returned to my home to personally bring it back, knowing how important it was for me to have it. That level of integrity, thoughtfulness, and customer service is rare these days. Gary turned what had been a very stressful experience into one that left me feeling informed, reassured, and genuinely cared for. I couldn't be happier that I chose Pest Pros Las Vegas, and I would recommend both Gary and this company without hesitation to anyone looking for fairly-priced, honest, knowledgeable, and compassionate service. Pest Pros always professional and thorough

I had these guys out for a pigeon problem. Even though they’re not a specialty pigeon place, they were 10x more knowledgeable and professional than any of them I called.

Requested Scorpion monthly service in advance of moving into our home. No indication of issues but wanted to be proactive. Jeff and his team were very helpful in describing options and creating an account in their portal. Had initial treatment yesterday and received a detailed report of what treatments were provided. This company came very highly recommended from our Homewatcher and the online reviews sealed the deal. Top notch!!!​

I am updating my review just to state I still use Pest Pros. We moved to a new home and still receive the same wonderful service. The communication is always on point. This was my first time using Las Vegas Pest Pros and I can say with absolution ill never go anywhere else! They were phenominal at communicating with me. Garrid (the individual that came to my house) was thorough, friendly, and was willing to answer my questions. Once he was done spraying he took time to share what he saw and suggested some options going forward. However, he did not make me feel pressured or locked in-it was more informational and if I want. Hands down best customer service possible 🙌!!!

We were tired of dealing with the extra steps needed to use a large multi-state company and found Pest Pros literally with a google search. Read reviews & signed up with them. They have been AMAZING!!!! You cannot go wrong here in my humble opinion. Family owned, great employees, they come back when it's necessary and have the nicest techs. Definitely recommend highly!

I am moving into a new home and found a roach during my walkthrough 😭 I scheduled something right away because I didn’t want to move any of my things in until I knew I had it sprayed and handled first. Stan was incredible I asked a million questions and had a billion concerns and he really made me feel a lot more comfortable about moving in knowing the problem would be managed. I will definitely be coming back if I have any other problems!!

I bought a fridge off of FB Marketplace. It came with some free goodies in the form of roaches. I called Pest Pros and they sent Stan out to help me get this under control. Stan was incredibly knowledgeable and polite throughout his visit and while applying the treatment throughout the house. I hate having to deal with bugs for long term projects but Stan with pest pros definitely takes the edge off and makes me feel confident this will be resolved in a timely manner. Most importantly, it’ll be done the right way without cutting corners.
