Our Realtor recommended them for an infestation of Sugar Ants that we were experiencing. I found them not only to be very reasonable, but were also able to get in within a couple of days. Our Tech showed up on time in a neatly pressed and clean uniform. He was professional and provided some helpful insight on dealing with these ants! I will use them again!

Adam delivered his termite report within a few hours from the time of inspection, what a relief to know we don't have termites!. After the inspection we then decided to go ahead and have the house sprayed for other insects as a regular maintenance and boy are we glad we did because we haven't seen any black widows or silverfish. Great company and friendly service, I highly recommend them!

Payless is a great service provider. They completely adhere to the rules of social distancing while providing excellent service. Very personable and works hard to develop personal relationships with their customers. They are reasonably priced. After an initial full spray some years ago, I have only needed a spray in spring and fall for maintenance. So yes, their products are outstanding. I highly recommend this company for their promptness, business approach and service.

The owner does not keep appointments does not have system in place to know who he agreed to see. He does not have clue or courtsey to call and say he is not coming it seems either he overbooks or has no idea who he made appoinment with. Also does not return voicemails

Had ants inside and outside of the house, called this company, they came and sprayed for ants (they said they use a different chemical outside and inside) they guarantee the work for 30 days... Day 31 ants again! I pay again to have them spry, this time they use the outside spray inside and made a few people sick! Day 31 again ants! It's obviously they use a chemical that goes away after 30 days just so you have to pay again.
