Fortified has been great with everything. I have a neighbor that has an infestation of 50+ pigeons living under their solar panels, and they refuse to hire a professional to remediate it (for now). Fortified is helping me to deter them from my home until the neighbor either voluntarily fixes their issue or is provided some encouragement through the legal system. I am thankful for their help.

Very very pleased with Fortified Pest Management! Service rate is competitive. Contract makes sense. Senior tech who came out for the quote and was professional and very open about their service agreement. Our TECHNICIAN did exactly what we were told he'd do... sprayed the palms, under ALL furniture, in the irrigation box, and ample coverage of the barriers (house and block wall)! He was easy to talk to when he came to the door for a summary of what he did, as well as what to expect moving forward. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

thank you carver for your detailed report. I left a msg for the contractor to see if he is done cutting the tree,Tomorrow i will call a tree cutting service to ask about hauling costs. I dont live at the property anymore since becoming disabled in jan2025.When you go there can you let the water run outdoors for a while?will that help prevent bugs etc from dying indoors?thx. aster

Thank you for the update — I’ve noted your message to the contractor and your plan to call a tree service about hauling. I can run the outdoor water briefly when I visit and will avoid wasting water. Running water outdoors won’t prevent bugs from dying indoors and can actually attract insects if it creates standing puddles; to reduce pests inside I’ll check for and remove any standing water, secure obvious openings, and make a note about ventilation. I’ll leave a written report of what I did at the property.

Had a great experience with Frank from Fortified Pest Management. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to the issues I was concerned about. What I appreciated most was that the conversation felt informative first and service-oriented second. Frank presented additional options and recommendations where it made sense, but the overall experience never felt overly sales driven or high pressure. It felt more like getting honest guidance from someone who understands the industry and wanted to make sure we had the information needed to make the best decision for our home. Overall, a very positive experience and we decided to go under contract with them.
