Evolve Pest Control

****I have now called this company 3X trying to cancel and still have not been able to accomplish that goal, keep being told someone will call me back but they don’t, terrible company, terrible serivice**** This company bought or merged with EcoGen pest control. On their very first service the jumped over a locked gate to access our backyard without permission. The previous company never did that, if we weren’t available they just sprayed the front, it was never an issue . Luckily they didn’t damage the gate but I am canceling service because of that. Also, I have now made 2 calls trying to cancel and still have not been able to accomplish that goal. Apparently someone will call me back, hopefully they do. When I mentioned someone breaking an entering to access our backyard without permission, the gentleman on the phone said it’s just so they don’t have to come back. Ridiculous, if a client’s complains because you didn’t spray the back, then you go back, you do what it takes to make the client happy but you do not break into their property!

Kevin was my tech today and he was wonderful. He was incredibly friendly and engaging while also professional. He was communicative and came when he said he would! Highly recommend. Thanks, Kevin!

Blake and Kevin came out today for our first appointment. They were both very knowledgeable and receptive to all of my concerns and questions. They left me additional information and recommendations that I can do at home in order to get the most out of their service. All-in-all very pleased, will be using again.

Taylor Vincent was a wonderful help and did wonders for our yard! Appreciate him thoroughly.

i take away one star for the new management. The techs who service my home, Toni and Alex, are fabulously polite, considerate and professional. My home is "Vegas old" and stood vacant for a period of time. When I initially moved in, I had COLONIES of various creatures! The techs were kind, patient and soothing to me as a freaked-out homeowner. The amount of knowledge they have is impressive (and nightmare-inducing!). I have zero complaints about the service at my door. Recently, however, Evolve has new management that made a dumb decision, which makes connecting to the office staff more difficult. They eliminated the ability to text with the office. Why?? Who does that?? Also, the new invoice process is confusing. Also, I can no longer find out what time the tech will come until the day of service. I have to wait for the tech to text me, as opposed to getting that text well in advance from the office staff. Boooooo to new management!!

Teach your guys to read. A no soliciting sign in the yard means no soliciting !!!

Very pleased with evolve pest control. From the very first treatment to the most recent, the staff has been nothing but helpful and thorough with their services. Would highly recommend!!!!

This is my first experience with Evolve (recommended by a friend) and so far the 3 employees that I've talked with have been fantastic. The technician Martin was very thorough and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and we discussed the type of pesticides which would work best for our particular problem. He was knowledgable on the german coach roach and alleviated a lot of my concerns. This is my first experience and so I was freaking out a bit. These roaches like electrical outlets especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. He removed and treated all of those outlets and in addition he did our back bedroom where we found lots of carcasses. I feel good that with Martin's approach we will rid the house of these pests!

We've used Evolve for a couple years. They are a great company. Their staff is knowledgeable about the business. We don't worry about bugs or ants! We had a scorpion in our house after a spray. We called and Joshua was here and re-sprayed the interior...at no additional charge. We use them for mice control, too. Great service. Try this company, you won't regret it.

We have had Evolve for years now and are very happy with our service. I appreciate that we have also had the same tech for years. We love Alex, he is always so nice and professional and I trust him in my home.

7/15/2024 Azzario is AMAZING!! As usual. I'm so sad to hear that he is leaving. The next technician has big shoes to fill. I look forward to meeting my new technician in September. My guy calls me at least 5 min. before he shows up every time and is very polite. I am always notified by email one week ahead when he will be coming. I like a company that communicates.

they definitely done with they needed to do. I've had a couple issues with bugs but they are willing to come back for free. Very kind and friendly people always available.

Evolve Pest Control did a wonderful job. Customer service is great and the technician was on time, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. We had an ant and fruit fly problem! After 1 day we noticed zero ants and fewer fruit flies. We definitely recommend!.

Evolve performed a thorough inspection and pest treatment. They got rid of all cockroaches. They communicate well too. We are very happy with Evolve and they know what they’re doing! I’ve been with Evolve for 6 years now and I am beyond disappointed to find that now if they schedule your service - whether you respond it or not - they will come to your property and jump your gate. No, they don’t use a ladder or let you know of this beforehand. Simply will jump your gate! When I let them know it was unacceptable they simply told me this is how they work and if I don’t want someone jumping over my gate I have to advise them. Like what ? So you’ll impose a liability on me without any notice and if I don’t agree to said liability I have to advise you? How crazy is this? I used to love this company but they have changed their office people and the quality of their service clearly is out the door. Edit to address the reply: I have never once heard or agreed with someone literally jumping my fence. I don’t have any email from you confirming an appointment or stating your employee will enter the property by any means necessary. Putting themselves at risk. The fact you, as an employer, would allow that is not only inappropriate but very unprofessional and probably illegal. Will you cover your employees medical expenses should them hurt themselves while jumping into people’s yards?

Martin was very friendly, listened to my areas of concern, and addressed them all. He didn’t skimp on taking all the time he needed to get the job done right. So far I’ve spoken to or met 4 employees so far from Evolve, and they were all courteous and professional, and didn’t leave any of my questions unanswered. Highly recommend both this Tech, and this Company!!
