We have been with this company for 31 years so that should say something! We are extremely pleased with their exterminating and reliability and friendliness. We have them come once a month and have had no bug problems indoors or outdoors. They are also very reasonably priced. Can't say enough great things about them@

He reliably informs us a few days in advance of the service to let us know when he will service our home; and never fails to show up on that date.

Amazing company! I texted Kyle about a bug issue at my condo. He was able to come the next day to check it out and spray. He was very thorough in trying to find the root of the issue and looked all over my house AND outside. He was quick but efficient. It was also very affordable and he uses all pet friendly products which I appreciate!

Buddies has been a great service to us for three years now Buddies came as a recommendation from friend. We are on a every other month service which has worked out great for us. We’ve had zero scorpion sightings since beginning our service. Brian is always kind enough to text or call to set a time for the next service. Very willing to work w my busy schedule. Buddies was great in taking care of a rodent issue my wife had in her garden. They were able to eliminate the issue in just a few days. I highly recommended their service.

We love Buddie’s exterminating! We have been using their services for years and have been so very pleased w the professionalism and quality of work. Before we had them we had ants and scorpions in our yard and in the years since we have been using them we have had no issues. We work with Sterling from their team and he is always so respectful, professional, and easy to work with. He has even gotten to know our dogs very well and they love him too, they even tried to jump in his truck and leave with him once. I called the number of exterminating places for an issue I was having. I left multiple voicemails my number in my name I don’t think one of these places responded including this one.

Had one of their guys scheduled to come over a total of four times. The first time he was late. The second time was a no show, with no call to inform us of why. The third time, when they were actually scheduled to do the job, he was late (again). He then told us he forgot his tools and asked to be rescheduled for the weekend. This fourth time he was a no show yet again, and was scheduled for quite early in the morning so I got up early that weekend just to meet him. I called their office and the manager said that he just didn't want to do the job and didn't want to say it to our faces. Overall, completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. Would not recommend them to anybody.
