We have been clients of Axis for some time now. They truly handle us well. We are notified when our service is due, have options to schedule the appointment and get texts to confirm it. Cole Alicea, our technician, is friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He asks questions regarding our needs and has all the answers. Axis is what you want in a professional company.

Have been using this company for bug barrier services at our property for a quarterly service for the past year and a half and have been highly satisfied with their service. Their pricing is very fair, and their guys show up like clockwork without me having to prod them. In addition, they do not bombard me with constant attempts to upsell add on services like many such companies do, which is also genuinely appreciated. I hired them to perform a service, and they preform that service efficiently and as agreed, a model I would much prefer many other companies follow. All I get is a text the day before service to tell me they will be coming out, a door knock when they arrive asking if I want them to spray inside the house or garage or not, and then an email telling me the service was completed and auto charged to my card - its a great situation. In addition to all that, Scott the owner side is super easy to get ahold of (had to call once because I got a notice my credit card expired, other than that no issues whatsoever)

Cameron was friendly, helpful, professional, and detailed. He made sure that we had all our concerns met and addressed. Very happy with his service.

If I could give Axis Pest Control 10 stars I would. Cameron is professional and polite, he will go beyond just spraying around the house. Scott always returns my calls or texts and is flexible with his guys schedules to mine. Thank you again Axis Pest Control Team for keeping the scorpions and critters out of our home.

We’ve been using Axis since moving here in 2022 and absolutely love working with them. We have a large property, and on the rare occasion we need a touch-up, they’re always fast, responsive, and take care of it right away. They seem to have a solution for all our pest needs. We haven’t seen a single scorpion, and they’ve also handled rats, mosquitos, and ants for us. Coming from Ohio, pest control was new to us, and I’m so glad we connected with Axis from the start. The owner is super nice and so is all of his staff. Gives you a smaller connected business like feel.
