Sales reps aren't able to read "no soliciting" signs on doors. Weird. No, Sarah or Sam or whoever she was gave me her company name when she called me after she read my sign, rang the bell anyway, and called anyway about "partnering" Maybe sales rep isn't her title but please be aware that a "no soliciting" sign is a clear refusal of entry. Especially one that states, in giant red letters, "WE ARE NOT INTERESTED."

Alliance is a Amazing company. They very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Specially Project Manager BrendanTrail is a very compassionate, friendly and good listener. He answered our all questions and my husband and I were very impressed. HE IS A CREDIT for the Alliance company. We highly recommend this company and very easy to work with them.

This company is completely trash. They have not been willing to work out a payment plan (they will not work with their customers). As of 4/22/25, there has been no resolution. Despite our efforts to make a REASONABLE agreement, they took legal action prematurely. Do not recommend this company.

The Alliance crew have been awesome to work with. They are very knowledgeable and detail oriented with strong emphasis on customer service. We will continue to have a great working relationship with Alliance.
