Do Not give this company your debit card they fraudulently take out payments for services you do not receive The bug guy sprayed out on the outside only when he was suppose to spray entire house so he says because we never see him He doesn't kill the bugs because we got bugs everywhere in our backyard Go to another pest control company they're thieves

What a disappointment! After speaking with the owner and daughter and hearing all their great ideas for treating our tenants' unfortunate situation, they never showed up for any of the multiple rescheduled appointments!

I’ve been with Dan and A Reliable for many years now. They have great service if I need the tech to come back all I have to do is call. I like that I have the same tech every month.

Blew by me illegally on a 25mph residential street. To get to the same red light as me. Then gave me a attitude and said there's a speed limit on the street, I said yep 25. I've got the dash cam footage to prove it all.

A Reliable has been taking care of our church even before my husband and I came to pastor here. They do a wonderful job, easy to get a hold of and always work with us if we have to change something. Dan and his crew make are also always respectful and show pride in what they do.

To say I’m not happy with them is an understatement 😡 I had a roach infestation at my new home (at the time) and used them. The first few months their “special blend” chemical worked very well, I found many roaches dead all over my front yard. I had a monthly service plan to spray my property down. However, I noticed the roaches weren’t dying anymore after that and constantly getting in my home again. I complained this was going on for 9 months and owner said he would send his son to spray my property down again. I waited for him as I wanted to talk to him about why for many months the roaches stopped dying. I never heard a knock or doorbell ring on my door and I have a front gate to my home that makes a loud noise when you open it which I did not hear once...on top of that I kept looking out my window every 5 mins wondering why he wasn’t showing up. After the time frame expired I went outside to investigate before I complained again. I found an invoice slip on my gate claiming he already sprayed my property down...NO WAY 😡😡😡 He never even came in my gate and I suspected must have left that opportunistically during those short minutes I wasn’t checking from my upstairs window. I called the owner to complain but he was rude and defensive claiming his son was “a good boy.” I had my neighbors check their ring doorbell cameras to confirm what I suspected all along and yeah he literally came by and put the invoice slip on my gate and left in 30 seconds. I called back and fired them!!! Now I know why the roaches survived all those months because they ripped me off!!! ------------- Response to Owner: No I did not use the wrong company Dan Sinyard and have the receipt which I have no problem uploading (but I will be blocking out my contact info to prevent any immature retaliation from you).
