I have had 2 appointments set and they no call, no text and no show the first time the second time same thing then later that day the person did call me named Chad and said at 2:30pm in the afternoon he can stop by and I said I am not home my appointment time was 10am to 11:30am and he said no one told him him there was time set and he said we can set something up or I can call me the next day and I said call me the next day he called and I didn’t answered and called him back later in the day an

Worker Carol comes to my home twice a year. What frustrates me, is that I never know what day/time she will arrive. Usually it is sometime in May and sometime in October. Now it is November and I am still waiting for her to show up. It would be nice to be notified a week in advance, because I would like to be home when the termite inspections take place in the 30+ stations surrounding my home's perimeter. Nov 20, 2024

Called the middle of the week to see when our tech would be coming out to our office. Told them that we have been seeing mice and even caught a couple. I was told not until the end of the week, Friday morning. Waiting until afternoon and called the home office and was told that they could not contact the tech but if he didn't show up to call them and they would reschedule our appointment for the next week!!
