I personally have not used Plunkett but I can testify to the quality of one of their workers. It is 39 degrees with a strong wind. Wind chill is 18. I got a flat time and a man driving a Plunkett pest control truck stopped to help. The jack in my car is a little challenging. I told him he could stop if he wanted. He spent 40 minutes in the cold changing my tire. He had no obligation to help me. Thank you sir.

The receptionist, Candace, and representative, Brad, were very friendly and kind. They talked me through what the inspection and services would look like as well as an estimate and scheduled our family promptly. James, our technician, was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He was thorough in inspecting the house and listened to our concerns! I feel much better about our pest situation and am hopeful it will be resolved.

Damon does a fantastic job of getting rid of our spiders and bugs. Always notified when he is coming. Very easy to work with my schedule. We do a yearly contract so not sure I can tell you how much we pay......but Plunkett's Pest Control is worth every penny we pay!!!

JJ is wonderful. During his visit yesterday, my 90 year old mother did not answer the phone when I called her to unlock the door for him. I asked if was willing to do a well fare check and he obliged by utilizing the key in the lock box. All was fine with my mother, thank goodness. JJ went above and beyond and I am thankful to him for being willing to do the well fare check. JJ is very professional, helpful, friendly, and applies effective pest control treatment. 11/28/2024 Paul and JJ are wonderful humans. They service my 90 year old Mom's home in Lincoln. I live an hour away and they call me when they are scheduled to go to my Mom's house and I can call her to let her know they are coming because she does not answer the phone unless it is one of her children calling. They are so nice and so professional. I appreciate the service they provide and how nice they are to my Mom. 7/18/2025 Wonderful, trustworthy service. I love you guys! JJ and Paul are wonderful when taking care of the pest control needs in my mother's house. I love these guys!

Our 1st tech was wonderful. However service seriously went downhill & prices increases thereafter. No notifications when they were arriving, only spent 15 minutes at the most.

A one time visit was fine, but their package offers are a waste of money. They don't even tell you when they have come when they could simply leave something for you to know they were there. You just have to take their work for it. They said they did the outside, but what the original service was for was ants on the inside so why would they do just the outside? Plus the fact I will never know if they did it or not because they don't schedule return visits, but just charge you to notify the service was completely. And in addition I found out that ABC Pest control was cheaper anyway.
