Terrible customer service after 10 years of being a customer. I would highly recommend Midwest Pest Control instead.

Highly don’t recommend. Got a service done because some of the tarantula sized wolf spiders that were making their way into my garage. Got billed for nearly $150, and not even a month later they are still trickling in. Woman on the phone advised me that I didn’t get a premium service for way higher dollar, and that this service was only good for about 30 days. So for $150, save your money and maybe just buy stuff over-the-counter and do the job your own. Because $150 only buys you a one month barrier. Overpriced and ridiculous.

My technician came out and did nothing. also was told false information when signing up. Was told I can cancel whenever I wanted and only had to pay for service when I needed it. I told them I no longer needed it and they ran my card anyway and refuse to give the money back. Very disappointed! They have lied to me many a times!

They don't even deserve 1 star. I went back and read reviews and they seem like a reputable company. However, I read some that commented on customer service and how rude the people are. I dealt with Craig and he is the most rude, greedy, and cold hearted person I've ever talked with. First I just needed a termite inspection, no termites, but the guy roped me into a maintenance contract. Oh well it was only $500 more that way, but I paid up for 5 services with 1 remaining. My Mom was diagnosed with cancer and I moved in with her to care for her. I contacted the office to let them know the property was empty and to please stop service. What I got was no consideration for my situation and pay up. My mom has since passed and this was not something I paid much attention to, but Craig did!!! I received a letter today and he turned me over to collections within 4 months and tacked on an extra $100. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

I called abc they had someone come right out which was great the man got here looked over everything I told him what I needed I paid with a card and then he handed me the phone to sign so I THOUGHT I was signing for my credit card to be charged I was never told I was signing into contract first off until I went to cancel the next months service and they told me I had to pay a 165$ cancellation fee then the guy went out sprayed inside my house and around the outside then comes back in and says he don’t have the stuff to spray for fleas and ticks or to get the spider webs off the house and wasp nests but someone would come do it in a few days a few days later a man came and sprayed my backyard for the fleas and ticks and nobody touched the spider webs wasp nest nothing out front of my house so along with them not being prepared or even doing half the stuff that I paid for when they came back it was never done either but I am more pissed I was never once told I was signing into a 6 month contract.

I have been an ABC Pest Control customer for about 6 years now. I use them for all my rental properties and have been happy for the most part until Today! I had an appointment at 12:00 to meet with a technician at my apartment buildings (to explain what needed spraying and what did not) and then have a lawn and yard ant spraying done. I arrived 10 minutes early (11:50) to find that the technician had been there and sprayed a small portion of what needed done and then the rest of the 25 gallons ($179.00) I paid for was sprayed on the front walkways and driveway (front walkways and drive were soaked lawn was bone dry even in the shade). When I called the office, Chris answered the phone and immediately lied to me. He claimed that the technician arrived at 11:30 and was there for a full 45 minutes (a LIE) and did not spray the front walkways (another LIE) but did what he was supposed to do (yet another LIE). This was a LIE! I was there at 11:50, the technician was gone lawn was not spayed but the front walkways and driveway were still dripping wet. The office staff (Chris) is incredible rude and will lie to you at the first chance he gets! I do not like, nor do I respect liars. A wise man once said, "Never let a liar or a thief into your home". ABC is both in this case. Had Chris handled the situation without telling lie after lie and had enough common sense to believe what I witnessed with my own two eyes, today would have been much different! From this point forward I would STRONGLE RECOMEND NOT USING ABC Pest in Lincoln, Ne.

Not recommended for Inspecting, maybe to squish a spider or cockroach I had ABC Termite come out to do a second inspection on a house I planned to buy. I allowed the inspector to do his evaluation, then go over it with me. I had a concern that he did not even identify the damage to the hard wood floor, right in the front door. this took up a good portion of floor. I took him to the places and asked him about the damage. He told it was normal wear. Later I found out from the guy replacing the floor, it was bad termite damage. I found out this was one of their top experienced inspectors at ABC Termite. ABC Termite need to study the pictures and learn. Thank you for trying to reach out. I talked with ABC Termite and they disagreed with the findings. ABC Termite did not refused my money. This happened at the end of 2022.

terrible I had them come to my home . They did okay. Then we moved. Tried to get the Omaha office to respond by calling 2 times.....nothing. Had to hire a local service. Low and behold, ABC takes me to court for services not rendered ....but contracted. What a joke. DO NOT USE THEM

I paid for the 80 dollar single service. I know it isn't guaranteed but this is ridiculous. Ants are worse than ever less than 24 hours later. The technician was thoroughly disinterested in anything i had to say about the investigation and rude. I would not recommend to anyone. Maybe they send in their "good" technicians if you are on their service plan but i would expect the single application to be effective at least for a week before needing to reaplly. Do not use them

The initial spray was set up by our landlord. The technician that came out was very respectful and did a good job. 2 months later now they’re back and are saying that I signed a contract for 12 months that I have never seen before. I never got a copy of the contract to email and was never informed that I was signing a contract. All I saw was the invoice for the first spray and a small box on his tablet that I signed. Never had any idea that I was signing a contract and now they’re trying to charge me $165 to get out of this contract or to honor the contract that we never signed. DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service and shady tactics.
