Fenix is the worst pest control service I have ever seen. I was told when I signed up I would receive a neighbor discount and the “Quarterly” rate would be $99. Then Fenix shows up 1 month after for what they call a 30 repeat that was never stated to me that they would be back and charge me again for the arrive. During the summer we noticed a few ants so I called left messages but nobody ever got back to me. So I had to address it myself. Seems pointless to have a pest control service when they will not return phone calls and come fix an issue. The service provide was good, however, I wasn’t given a time frame of when to expect them to show up. I received a 30 minute notice on the day of treatment. I had to take the entire day off work. I would suggest giving your customers at least a two hour window, 3-5 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate the service.
