Shocked and disppointed in Orkin. They did not show when scheduled. No phone call, no text. Would call them and would be told he would be there later that day. No show again. No phone call etc. Called main office again and he would call to reschedule. NO call. Charged my discover card as part of their follow up program when no service was performed. Called main office again and yes, a manager will call you. NO call again. So very disappointed in a national franchise chain such as this

Considering as much rain as we had up until this last month it would have been next to impossible to keep the mosquitoes away trying to do it ourselves. And with the creek within 100' out our back door ,no way. Without a doubt glad we had TruGreen come out an kick some mosquitoe butt. Thanks guys.
I think he did a good job first time he has applied any application from True Green! I was home and did some watching and did not see him go behind our lawn bldg and to the alley which is all grass? If not will need to call in... Thank you!
they were fantastic. i was using someone else and just picked a random company and they were very professional, and the results were far and away better than the previous company.
Robert and Tiffani are wonderful. They do great work. They handle our mowing and snow removal. We are so glad we found them. We highly recommend them.
