The only exterminator I will call. 5 star all around. I've had them treat for seasonal prevention, ants in the kitchen, and yes even bedbugs. We unfortunately had a visitor drop off some bedbugs about 9 years ago and within the shortest expected treatment timeframe the bugs were gone. They were affordable, professional, and very kind. They did not make us pack up our entire home like we were moving and use a $32 per can spray on everything that went into a box, they just came in and did their wo
JJ is wonderful. During his visit yesterday, my 90 year old mother did not answer the phone when I called her to unlock the door for him. I asked if was willing to do a well fare check and he obliged by utilizing the key in the lock box. All was fine with my mother, thank goodness. JJ went above and beyond and I am thankful to him for being willing to do the well fare check. Wow! Just got home and found a really great hand written note from the Summit Lawn Fertilizer Tech, Justin. This was a first visit and wow, I’m blown away… The note told me everything I need to know about what he did today, what my watering schedule should be and what to expect next… My family was home and said he was super friendly, helpful, and funny! Apparently my teenage daughter was teasing my dog and he enjoyed it ha ha If this is Summit Lawn’s service, then I’m in all day long! Thank y
Working with Louie and Pal Pest Bat Control was fantastic! We have had bats in our attic for a couple of years and we finally got tired of them finding their way into the house. Louie was able to get out to us within a day and had a plan ready within 45 minutes. He shared pictures of the evidence of their residency and also of the problem areas where they were likely gaining entry. I learned more about bats, their habits, and his experiences with them then I would have from many Zookeepers!

I agree with all the excellent comments others have made about Louie and can add that my experience was with a huge cluster of wasps! I have a three story house, and I just happened to see them through a window flying in and out of a hole. 😬 It was a Friday afternoon (of course 🙄) and I was on my way out for the evening, but Louie came over the next day and got rid of them and two other nests I wasn’t even aware of.
