Not only did he help inspect my mouse he also spotted some trouble areas in my attic that may needed attention (water damage). As a home owner I greatly appreciate this, I don't go up to the "scary" attic as much as I should. He went above and beyond and provided a great service! Would RECOMMEND!

Louie is the absolute best at what he does. Very honest and straightforward. I’ve known him for a long time, and we trust him completely with any issues that I had.

Working with Louie and Pal Pest Bat Control was fantastic! We have had bats in our attic for a couple of years and we finally got tired of them finding their way into the house. Louie was able to get out to us within a day and had a plan ready within 45 minutes. He shared pictures of the evidence of their residency and also of the problem areas where they were likely gaining entry. I learned more about bats, their habits, and his experiences with them then I would have from many Zookeepers! He responded to communication quickly and kept me informed. Louie is a guy who is easy to talk to and gains your trust easily. I don't expect to see him back because of the job well done, but if we ever do need services for this type of thing, Pal Pest is definitely first on my list to call.

Had a family of bats needing evicted. Louie was very thorough and quite a friendly guy in general. I liked watching the bats fly away, that was pretty neat. I would very much recommend him to anyone needing these services.

Pal Pest came out on time and did a great job getting rid of wasps near my garden. They were quick and very personable and professional I will recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I agree with all the excellent comments others have made about Louie and can add that my experience was with a huge cluster of wasps! I have a three story house, and I just happened to see them through a window flying in and out of a hole. 😬 It was a Friday afternoon (of course 🙄) and I was on my way out for the evening, but Louie came over the next day and got rid of them and two other nests I wasn’t even aware of. The price was totally worth it and even less than I expected! And he is also friendly and willing to take the time to talk to you. Highly recommend!

Got out to my house and caught a bat in minutes, also temporarily sealed the opening for no extra charge. This is the best pest control in town he’s honest, timely, efficient, and I couldn’t recommend him more

Louie came over and found the bat in our house within a couple minutes. Easily removed him and released outside. He stayed around and even helped patch holes up temporarily with tape! Not in his job description but he goes above and beyond to create a relationship with the clients he serves, I would highly recommend his services to anyone with problems!

I own a duplex and had several instances of bats coming in both sides. I contacted several people but no one could figure out where they were coming in. Then I called Louie! He took no time at all to spot the entry point they were using to get in. Louie took the time to show me and pointed out other points of concern around my roof/gutter/ chimney areas. He set up a system to allow the bats to leave, but not get back in. Then he used a clear product to seal off all around my roof/gutter so they couldn't get back in. He even fixed a few loose sidings in my chimney! What impressed me even more than his knowledge and skills in solving my bat problem, was the way he took the time to show me everything so I understood what needed to be done and why. His customer service is the finest I've ever seen! Great personality and great skills.

Never responded back to our calls/ texts. Must have great business and doesn't need ours.

I signed up for a year's worth of services and paid in full. Louie never showed up. I called and emailed and he never responded. Total scam.
