My family has had the opportunity to work with West Termite and Pest Control this last week and a fella named Jeff has made our experience literally the best ever especially in an environment like we are in right now where service providers do not seem to care about customer satisfaction. Joshua was very speedy but very thorough. He was really nice, too! I had scheduled for a different day but the company needed to reschedule me. Joshua worked quickly to accommodate my tight schedule which I greatly appreciate. This was my second quarterly service. The first was very effective - Joshua checked the glue traps from the first service and said there was not much on them, and very few spiders (which is why we set up service to begin with - we were seeing a lot of spiders). I was a little frustrated with the need to reschedule, but everything worked out well and the techs have been great.

We have utilized this service for over a year, though in retrospect, the rationale for continuing remains unclear. Throughout this period, we encountered persistent administrative challenges related to billing and appointment scheduling, including instances where technicians arrived unannounced without prior notification. Along with the persistent issue of spiders in the house as if they were spraying water. Last year, we attempted to cancel the service and provided formal notice of our intent. However, the company proceeded to deduct payment for the subsequent year, prompting us to retain the service rather than pursue a refund process. Despite ongoing treatments, we observed no discernible reduction in our pest population. Upon assuming responsibility for pest control ourselves, we have since resolved the issue entirely. We strongly recommend conserving your financial resources by exploring alternative options.

Great people very informative! They answer questions as best they can. They offer a wide variety of services for bugs and pest. Ernie has been out multiple times and I have always enjoyed talking to him. Great young man. He got stung a couple of times looking into some wasp nests and told me it's just part of the job. 10 out of 10 for that young man!

They had to come spray my house twice, it still didn't fully work. This company came out to treat my house for ants and spiders. The first time around it seemed like they didn't spray at all because I was still dealing with ants and spiders heavily. I called the company a couple weeks after the first spray to request someone to come back out and redo it. When speaking with the General Manager about the issue, he got an attitude after I told him my issue then hung up on me. After all that, I left a 1 star review explaining exactly what happened and let them know I wasn't happy about it. The next day, District Manager or Vice President of the company (I can't remember what he said his title was) called me to resolve the issue. I spoke with him for awhile on the phone and he made it right by apologizing to me and sending another technician out to my house to spray it again. I respect him for owning that mistake and making it right. However, after the second spray I still have ants, not as many, but enough for it to be a pain in the butt when I prep food and cook. The previous pest company I used, Jones Pest Control whom West Termite, Pest & Lawn bought out, never had to come out more than once per summer to spray for me. Therefore, I believe whatever West Termite is using does not work and is absolutley not worth paying for. I hope this company can get things straightened out because I prefer using family owned companies, but not when its a headache like this has been.

I called today around 1245 and the lady answered the phone and said she was busy with her husband , whatever that means and would have another lady call me back ... and she said they had several people quit or something. Well , nobody ever called me back and i needed help with an ant invasion , i dont care about your inability to run a business .. dont bother calling me back . Going elsewhere......

Ernie does a very good job. Very friendly. And most of all....he likes my dogs!!!!!
