Alert One Termite & Pest Control

We move back to Joplin in April 2021 we found we had ants and needed to have them eliminated. Found Alert One online called them and Don came out and gave us his recommendations. Sounded great to me so I signed up immediately. Over the last year and a half Don has been out on schedule times plus other times that we needed him. It’s never a problem with Don and we appreciate the extra service. He also loves our two dogs Jack and Willow and they love him.

Excellent company. The price was more than fair and Randy is a super nice person to work with. Highly recommended!

Joel is always professional, knowledgeable and on time. He does a quarterly service for us and we never have any sign of insects in our home. Definitely recommend Alert One.

We have had Alert One service our house for 2+ years now for pests/bugs. Our “bug guy” Joel does an amazing job. Very friendly, professional, and timely. He’s great at working around our two dogs also which is a huge plus! We’ve noticed a significant difference in bug/insect activity compared to when we did occasional sprays around the house. Gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable an professional. I wouldn't hesitate hiring them again. I'm a contractor in the joplin. Tore off a customer siding an found a bunch of termites. He came in a did a spot treatment an a in ground bait traps that they check 3 time a year for free. For the first year.

We use Alert One, and they are great! If I see any bugs before their next appointment, they come spray for free. Thankfully, that does not happen often at all. Cody is very friendly and respectful.

Spoke with someone on April 23rd about a termite inspection and spraying for termites, was given prices and told they would be here by the end of the week (April 27th) and would call me back to set the final time. I've never heard another word. Business must really be booming for them if they're not interested in establishing new customer accounts and relationships.
