I'm giving a one star just because that's only as low as I can go. This company quoted me 900 to come and spray my single wide trailer. This price is ridiculous. We have contracted another company for 160 down and 40 monthly...in my opinion this company has gouged prices....take your business elsewhere somewhere they appreciate their customer.

Reasonable prices, good communication, and best of all - after two visits, my (severe) flea problem is gone! Thank you, Bug-A-Way! PS: I rated 4 of 5 stars since the exterminator showed up more than an hour late on the second visit.

Just had an employee of yours on 32nd come flying up on my right (I was running 51 and in the lane I knew I was going to need bc there was a lot of traffic) got right up on the rear of the car over there in the right lane and almost rear-ended them then jumped in front of me and took the safety gap I left that was barely big enough for his pickup and trailer almost taking out my front end on my tractor trailer truck.. truck only.... only to turn into your driveway in front of me.... there was no one behind me either... happened around 1600 on 9/10/24... license plate of the trailer started with an 8 is all I remember... was going to call but would it matter... so Im putting it here so I know I atleast said something...

We use the Joplin office. Crystal contacts us within a timely manner to verify and confirm appointment times that work with our schedule. Wes does our sprays. Our house I swear was built on a giant ant hill. We don’t have problems with ants now. I’m grateful for our technician and office staff. Couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. Just wanted to drop in and give everybody some advice. Unfortunately this company only wants your money. I had their service for about 2 years and could no longer afford it with hard times. Not to mention the fact I had still been having a problem with ants the whole time. I called in to cancel my service and they got pretty rude about it. Not to mention my wife had called in and they would not let her cancel. I told them I could not afford it anymore and I got transferred to another lady where she pretty much chewed me out. I was not even mad at that point until I talked to her. She asked if she could send a technician out to look at the problem. This would have been the 5th or 6 time that they would have came out to look at the problem. Like I said before they're not interested in anything about you. They just want your money. Thanks for the read.

Have been using them for years for termite control and have never had an issue. I canceled my service today only because we are moving to the STL area. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great company, great service! I moved into a house in July with a bedbug infestation from previous tenants. It was a few weeks before Bug-A-Way could come heat treat the house, but it was definitely worth the wait (I was even bumped up a week earlier than expected due to a cancellation). The heat treatment seemed to very effective, and we didn’t see any activity for the first few weeks. I had a few small bites and found a tiny live bug a few weeks later when I was cleaning, and they came out to inspect within a few days and sprayed the house again since it was still under warranty. Bedbugs are really really hard to get rid of, so I understood that *realistically* there would probably be a few bugs leftover that needed to be sprayed again. They said they would happily come back to spray again in two weeks if necessary. They also stuck around to answer my questions on how to see if the bug droppings are recent and relevant, and how to properly clean my house without disturbing the spray. They suggested bathing my cats as a precaution, but I like being alive, so I will not be doing that unless absolutely necessary. Overall, really great service!

This was the cheapest pest control company I called and they have a warranty. I was very pleased with their services and it was the only thing that helped my flea problem after bombing my house and trying many other remedies.

We have used them for over a year now but that ends tomorrow. They was great in the beginning, our guy called and double checked appointments and always showed up when he said he would and we had NO BUGS. About 6 months ago our guy left the company and we have had nothing but problems since. Our tech never comes unless we call and when we do call the office we have been talked to like we are stupid. We now see spiders daily and ants all around our sink. We bought TERRO packs and they’ve done better than our tech has in 6 months. We were even told 3 different times that they got “a new system” so we wasn’t showing up. But after calling them every month you’d think they would add us to the list. Like I said we have been customers for over a year and we won’t be anymore and if you want good service this isn’t the place anymore.

We have been using them for months. Everything is so easy, we r walked thru the steps everyone is so friendly and professional. Our tech has gotten to know us thru these appointments. He's amazing. Love using you guys. Definitely a lifetime customer.
