McVay Affordable Pest Control

I hired them about 5 6 months ago they did first spray it did nothing came back out for free also did nothing my annual came up paid again they sprayed what I was told is there strongest sprays also did nothing wasted my money still have everything I had before I have a picture of over 100 ants in my sink with nothing in the sink

We were scheduled for last Friday and they didn't show up for the appointment. They texted us apologizing saying it was a system error and rescheduled us for the upcoming Monday. After taking off work early to be home they didn't show up again and haven't responded to calls or texts. Disappointing, as we were pleased with the service we were getting for the past year with them.

We have had the same tech for little over a year now, William. I could not ask for a more thoughtful, listens to my concerns, and effective and efficient individual. I’ve never written a review before, but felt I had to here. McVay was a pleasant company to do business with. I called Monday and got an appointment that Wednesday. We had termites years ago and we were concerned about a new infestation. The inspector was very honest and told me he couldn’t see any new damage but we have other problems in our crawl space that need addressed. Would highly recommend.

I have been fighting Bedbugs for six years I have used everything on the market I even bought a Two Thousand Dollar heating unit and guess what still had bugs I called McVay and after One Treatment all gone very cheap and Thank you

With the price of everything being so inflated, we were thrilled with the very reasonable charge for such a great service. They do everything right from the very first contact, home service and follow up. We literally never see a bug for 10-12 months after they spray. They are amazing!

I’ve had McVay as a pest control company for a while now. At least 3 years. The staff is incredible friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk is prompt and professional. They also educate you when you ask questions! The spray they use is safe for pets and kids especially once it drys. We have had our run in with bugs due to abandoned houses nearby and they always get them taken care of. Highly recommend.

This company took over the previous company i had used with good satisfaction. The tech to this company ( Ray ) did a good job, but that’s as good as it got. This company does NOT have honor like buddy / homefront they bot out. Get a reputable company instead of this one to begin with, bcuz when this one don’t solve your issue, you will have to spend more money for a company that actually cares and honors their guarantees.
