Horribly unprofessional. Waited days for an appointment when they didn't bother to call or show. After we called they rescheduled just to cancel at last minute again. Husband lost 2 days of work to their games to make sure he was here when they were. Bring your business elsewhere is my advice.
The last three summers we have had wasps so bad that my kids didn’t even want to play outside or swim in the pool. We’ve had one wasp treatment about a month ago and I haven’t seen one wasp since. Worth every penny!

With warmer temperatures, we started getting sugar ants in our home that were not responding to home remedies and store-bought bait. We also could not determine where they were coming from. Bugs or Us got us scheduled within the week at a time that worked with busy schedules. Within 10 minutes, Danny had found two points of entry for the ants. The bait he used immediately attracted the ants and was gone within 24 hours. It has now been two days since Danny came out, and the only ants I've seen are dead ants. The lady who scheduled my appointment over the phone was very kind. Danny was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the best price out of the handful of places I received a quote. We have three cats and one dog in the home who have had no reaction to the bait or spray that he used. Thanks, Danny, you've got customers for life!

Danny does a really good job and we have seen very few spiders since having him come on a quarterly basis. We are in an older home and before we started having Danny come spray, we had tons of spiders. And we've had no reactions to the spray. Great value too!
