The service call was to deal with chipmunks and the agreement with the office manager was to trap. When technician arrived he was under the impression we had groundhogs. Quoted price was chipmunks and our problem. Since he had no traps for chipmunks decided poison was best option. Think it made them stronger. Never killed any. Horrible.First the technician came out didn't know what he was supposed to use for yellow jacket bees. So after back and forth with the office finally realized he had the wrong spray and went back in the van to get the right one. Started back saying same bees in the same exact area within the 60 days that they promised me that there every would be good. Now when I call the office they say they don't guarantee any thanks for 60 days so what someone just told me that to get my business. Look for

A man came out was concerned about how he was going to get his money, walked around the two houses unit and place 2 mice traps in both units and show me were mice was coming in. He said that in two weeks he will be back to plug up holes and change me around $190.00 . Two weeks when by and no show. I call you and was told it would cost the same amount to come out and plug holes. A person did come out after arguing with management. He plug up one hole out side. We still have mices. 😢.
