When I originally signed up the person I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. And gave me the best price for the services that I was asking for. Since then, They have been on time on schedule and I haven't seen any pests in the house, so they're doing their job. I can recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody that is thinking to change the pest service. Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Tyler came out last week - no name tag - no card - no company info I ask a basic question about the cabinets and his response was they lay eggs in the hinges sometimes but nothing about taking all of the stuff out of the cabinets - keep in mind we have 25 cabinets They showed up this morning and then left - took them another couple of hours to call me I was sick over the weekend - cold They may be a good company - lot of good reviews Just not a very professional company

We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.<br>To provide some context, you contacted us with a severe roach infestation and requested service as soon as possible. We accommodated that request by sending a technician after hours on his way home. <br>During the inspection, a heavy infestation was found and it was clearly explained that cabinets would need to be emptied prior to treatment. Cockroaches harbor inside hinges, cracks, and cabinet voids, and full access is necessary to eliminate them properly. You agreed to have them emptied over the weekend so we could prioritize treatment Monday morning.<br><br>When our team arrived Monday, the cabinets had not been emptied, which prevents us from performing an effective treatment. We informed the person at the home that we would need to reschedule once preparation was complete and followed up by phone shortly after.<br><br>We work hard to deliver thorough, effective treatments, especially in severe infestations, and proper preparation is critical to achieving results.<br>We’re happy to return as soon as the home is ready so we can resolve the issue properly.
I really enjoy this family owned business! Service has been great! I’m a first time home owner and I have children.. I Saw so many different bugs I literally CRIED! Because I thought it was ME… even though I clean everyday iykyk! Since my first session I haven’t had any problems!!! Which is a HUGE stress OFF my plate! So grateful! Thanks GPS!
