Multiple times they have not replaced the glue traps they placed. I "contacted them directly" about the problem and requested they contact me. Complete silence from their end. I am so disappointed in the service I have received. My technician has came late several times almost 2 hours. I have had to call the office because no one calls you to inform you that the service technician is running late. The customer service is very poor. I thought because of the Orkin name I would get a better service. It has been horrible. To say the least. As soon as I’m off of there contract I will take my business elsewhere. Just horrible
