The actual service was fine. But it took them 5 months to send us an invoice. We contacted our service rep a few times after the service to get an invoice and one of the last messages we got was he quit because of management. We finally get a call after 5 months about non payment, and the issue is they had the email wrong. The email they had to use and open to receive our contract to even start service. Invoice is date April and says we owe late fees since it wasn't paid 15 days from said date. I called and Sarah claims we won't be charged the late fees but we'll see. Maybe they will lose that too and in another 5 months tell me I owe it too.

Always very kind and friendly. He always asks if we have had any problems issues and will take notice. And do anything extra we need. He has even picked up dead bugs in my office as he goes to make look clean and tidy which to me is above and beyond. Thanks for the great service from one of the office workers.

All they did was sprayed for bed bugs, and passed them to the other apartments. I had none the day before. I got eaten alive last night. He just spread them around...
