Last year, I had my insulation gutted due to a mouse infestation and new insulation placed. During the day of the service, the workers caused some damage to my home. They said they would call in to fix it, but wouldn’t be a priority due to the company’s currently financial status. I was told twice I would be reached out to about this. I was never reached out to. And it’s not my job to keep chasing the company down for this. Fast forward to now. It is tax season, and I can write off part of this purchase of insulation on my taxes. I only need the amount for materials only. After a week and a half, they still don’t have that information - and was told from a service tech Jeff “I’ll try to get this sooner for you rather that later.” Now Jeff isn’t responding to my texts, and has read receipts on. This information should be easily obtainable as I had 830 square feet of insulation put in at a rate established by the company.

Didn't show up for the appointment. I called 30 minutes after and got what I'm pretty sure was an ai bot on the phone. Tech was called, didn't answer his phone. An email was sent to him so he could get back to me "sometime today". I called again an hour and a half after he was supposed to arrive to cancel, the woman who answered was very polite and helpful, but did ask which company I was calling about, like she answers the phone for more than one pest control company. Tech again didn't answer his phone.

The service and my technician, Rylie G, is always spot on. Very knowledgeable, friendly and actually shows compassion for his job. Always checks every box. Would one hundred percent recommend Bugout and my technician.

Kyle Johnson with BugOut does a great job servicing my home’s interior and exterior for my quarterly pest control. Kyle is courteous, professional, timely and thorough. Before he arrives he sends a confirmation appointment reminder text. Day of appointment, he sends a text with his estimated time of arrival. Upon arriving, he asks about any specific problems or areas needing special attention. Once the job is completed he sends a complete written report of the job (what was done, areas treated and chemicals used). I am well satisfied with Kyle’s service provided.

I hired this company in August and the first visit went well. They came back for the 10-day checkup and again in September. After that, they completely stopped showing up, yet they continued charging me every month with no service provided. I tried contacting them by email, phone, and text many times, but I never received any response. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

My brother hired this company to remove a raccoon from the attic they came and did a extraction and left the soffit off put a small cage that only catch Squirrels and the raccoons still running around Shut down now they are saying they trying to figure out what to do. We hire the company because we thought they already knew what to do

Annual inspection after repeatedly requesting to renew my Annual contract. Previously there was no charge. Changed to $409. WITH NO NOTIFICATION ! TJIS IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY GRAB!

Providing a single star is more than they deserve. I have more spiders on my front porch since I hired them than I had before they "treated" my property. I have tried to address this with no response, so I didn't pay their bill as I felt their service was not being rendered as agreed upon. So then they send me to collections. Had they done what was promised when their salesperson literally sat outside my home and waited for me to come home to "close me", I wouldn't be writing this review. Highly Recommend Avoiding this company. @Bugout stop making promises you can't or won't keep.

Horrible experience with their customer service! I had been a loyal Blue Chip pest control customer for 10 years before it changed hands to Bug Out. I called to schedule a maintenance service that I have been receiving several times a year for a decade. First, I was bounced around to several representatives and made to wait on hold for a while. Everyone I spoke with was rude. Finally, I was told that I could not receive my service because my home is attached to others (rowhouses in a historic neighborhood) and that I would have to pay for the entire building. When I explained this has never been a problem before (and my service is for the interior), I was again met with snide rudeness - including talking over me. I will be finding a new company. Such a shame, the former owners were kind and helpful.

Was signed up with BlueChip had no problem they came once a month sprayed no bugs. Since they been bought out been Charged over $200 and have only seen them once. Now trying to pay the bill online forget about it. The portal doesnt work so it pay over the phone or mail a check in.

Wish I could give zero stars but 1 will have to suffice. I do not leave bad reviews unless earned. If you have respect for yourself or your time you will not use this company. I’d give the full story but after having to call them 14 different times in the last month and a half and repeat it everytime I simply want to move on with my life. But know that if you have any issue with them their standard 24-48 hour callback time really means up to a month and a half of you having to constantly call back because no one ever called you. But don’t worry in the meantime of avoiding your problem and your calls they will find the time to threaten you with collections and send you bills and marketing texts.

I have been dealing with BugOut for 6 long weeks now. I made an appointment to have the interior & exterior of my townhouse treated. I made sure to be by the door for the entire appointment window and nobody ever called, knocked, entered my home, or seen on my property. They are now saying I owe them $265 for the services that were never completed. My main concern was the inside being sprayed and the exterior, specifically my deck which is where I have seen wasp nests and hornets last summer. The deck is only accessible through the interior of my home. Obviously, this was not done since nobody stepped foot inside. I have gotten texts, letters, and suffered through 10 phone calls with them all to repeat the story every single call. They keep telling me different stories every time I talk to them on the phone and the process continues. I have been told I owe them nothing, I owe them 50% or I owe them the entire amount, that they are going to "call within 24-48 hours" and it literally never happens. I was just told the exact same thing today and will have to wait a day or two for phone call number 11 with BugOut that never did the work that was requested. I just want to be done with this company!
