My father passed away recently. He had Terminex service for many years. When I tried to cancel the remainder of his termite plan, they told me I would still have to pay the remaining balance. All of the years my father had been a loyal customer, the remaining fee could not be waived. Completely disheartening. The termite plan was totally overpriced, in the first place. Don't get me wrong your tech was great. Helpful person that really tried his best. He was great, deserve a raise for how nice and helpful he was. I have been extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Terminix since the very beginning. I am thrilled that my contract has come to an end. From the beginning, I reached out to the sales person to advise that I did not want live traps in my house, requested that my contract ($3000+) be modified since all that was done was the exclusion.
