Mosquito Joe has treated our property for years and we love them! Stink bugs still come in from chimney and sun tunnels, but I can't expect them to treat the roof. The rest of the house is doing well, but it is Winter. We will know for sure in warmer weather. Techs are wonderful!

Matt did an awesome job performing our barrier spray. This is our second year with the barrier spray and it has made a world of difference regarding ants and other bugs entering our home. I will continue this spray service, along with the mosquito spray service next year.

We would not be able to enjoy our beautiful yard if it wasn’t for Mosquitoe Joe! It is the one thing I will make sure I have every season. Worth the money but only if the job is done right. And this is where my hands down favorite sprayer comes in. Josh! He does not rush and takes his time And hits every spot. Everytime he sprays I know we are gonna get the full effect and my kids are going to not be covered in bites. He listens to all my concerns and does a thorough job. Thanks so much Josh! Superhero Olivier at MJ! Many thanks to Olivier for taking care of us above and beyond this morning. He was so considerate and friendly, timing the barrier spray and perimeter treatment while I was leaving the house to walk the dog. But that pales in comparison to his next move: rescue a bunny and a family of frogs!! Poor little things had fallen down a window well and thanks to Olivier they’re out and much safer. Thank you! 🦸♂️

Mike and Matt did a great job at our house. We have big backyard that needs slit if spraying and they did a thorough, totally professional job. I would recommend to anyone needing help with mosquitos.

Great company, with excellent product and customer service. Our tech this week was mike and he was very thorough making sure to hit our heavily populated areas a bit extra and took care around our vegetable garden as well. All of their techs are great but thought mike went above and beyond to take care of our individual needs.

I can't say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, their service has been top-notch. The technician, Oliver, arrived on time, explained the treatment process clearly, and was both professional and courteous. Most importantly — it worked! We specifically stayed home to explain our request for treatment. The technician did not follow our instructions to NOT spray inside the dog yards but to spray perimeter outside. 1 of our dogs has seizures and we were trying to keep his yard free of pesticides even though you claim the chemical used was safe for pets. He (the technician) did not even say good morning or introduce himself on arrival. However, the 2 trainees with him were polite and said good morning, how are you doing today? Not a real happy customer!

How can you do a whole yard in 2 minutes?! Not possible!

We understand that our treatments may seem quick, since we use high-grade commercial blowers with a spray range of about 35-40 feet, which can adequately cover a yard like yours in a short time frame. Do not use this company they double charged me the first time and every time they come they rush out and do not spray properly. I have had consistent mosquitos all season. There product either doesn't work or they need to train their techs how to spray. Ofiice was also extremely rude as well.

I used this service for 2 years. They were great the first year. This year was good until the last application. When I called and talked to JB to express my concern that the technician had only sent me a text message to inform me he was here. I didnt see the text until after I heard him spraying in the yard with my grandmother and dogs on the deck. I explained to JB that all the other technicians called me before spraying rather than assuming I received the text message. He explained that a phone call and a text is a courtesy from the technicians. The technician is supposed to walk the yard to make sure no one or pets are present. Clearly that wasnt done since my pets and grandmother were on the deck. Since a phone call is too much effort and only a courtesy I cancelled my service. I feel a phone call that they are entering your yard to spray is not too much to request. Assuming a text message is received within 5 minutes of being sent is really ridiculous and in my opinion a lazy customer service practice.

We do our best to keep our clients informed by sending a notification email the day before service and a call or a text message prior to our arrival the day of service, but we understand that some customers prefer one method of communication over another, and we are happy to accommodate those requests. With that said, however, our technicians are trained to walk around each property prior to commencing service, and we sincerely apologize that your last technician did not do that. We're glad that we were able to connect with you directly, and we hope that the resolution that Jasmine mentioned to you last week is satisfactory. Absolute worst billing experience. Argumentative staff and refuses to send paper invoices. The service itself is helpful but there are other companies out there who are easier to work with. Buyer beware. I have not received any paper invoices from you and the only 1 call that I received I was at work. My husband and I were long time customers (5 seasons) and had prepaid for every season but the last. It seem pretty ridiculous to tell a client of this tenure that you're sending her to collections over $25. There are many other mosquito companies in the area who I will happily give my business to over this one.

We use email, phone, and paper invoices to make sure our clients are aware of their account balance as well as our treatment schedule for their property. When we informed you in October of 2019 that you had an overdue balance on your account, you responded and let us know that you would be making a payment. Since that time we reached out with 8 emails, 2 letters, and several phone calls to inform you that we were still waiting on payment. We want to make it easy for our clients and we try to provide enough communication around billing so that there is no confusion and treatment schedules can remain seamless. When you expressed your frustration, we decided to waive the associated late fee and our hope is that this makes things a bit easier. We're disappointed that you weren't pleased with the service our team provided to you. The last spray I had them do was substandard, I wasn't home but someone said the technician only spent a few minutes there and I believe it. The mosquitos were as bad as ever. Most frustrating was that they did not stand behind their guarantee and refused to come out and respray. I had a different company come out and the mjosquitos cleared up immediately. I was very disappointed in the service and appalled at the customer service.
Drove over my front lawn and flower bed 2 out of the last 3 times they came. If you want your lawn and plants destroyed call mosquito joe.
