Mosquito Squad is very reliable, courteous, prompt and effective. It is a pleasure to work with them. They are very responsive to our needs.

Mosquito Squad always lets you know when they'll be at your property. Great communication and easy to contact.They do a great job and the price is very reasonable.

We have never been disappointed in this company. Since we began using them several years ago (after I had Lyme Disease in 2015 which caused great health problems leading to hospitalization) we have not had a mosquito or tick problem. This makes for a wonderful outside experience. Before using this company, we could not be out at any time of the day. Additionally, the Home Barrier Spray for insect control in & outside our home has been great! Thank you, Mosquito Squad!

Always have meant to leave these guys a 5 star but today definitely made me go right and do it. I had all three of my dogs out in the yard who could have gotten out and these guys took the time to call us , tell us they were here so we could bring them in safely before they opened the gate. Every single time they come it’s service like that. They are just so respectful, pleasant and go out of their way to lock up behind themselves as well meaning our gate , etc. which is so important to us when you have pups. Y’all seriously are the best. Can’t recommend these guys enough! And most important: we enjoyed our huge backyard and deck without all the mosquitos this past summer thanks to them!!!! Thanks again guys!

Had a great experience with Hunter. He is very friendly and took his time to thoroughly spray my yard. He carefully sprayed around my plants which I appreciated.

They do a great job! Safe for my dogs and the bugs stopped eating me alive! They took extra care of any areas i was concerned about! Even took care of the hornets I been playing baseball with!🤣

Good customer service but sometimes the product doesn’t work very well and have to get re sprayed often, but they do always come and spray with no hastle.

I can’t say I have comfortable outside, but I suppose it would be worse without your service.

Punctual and great communication, they keep notes on areas to avoid like vegetable pots and fruit bushes. There has been a lot of rain this year and they did show up when all the vegetation was wet. I called and was told that this wouldn’t affect the treatment. They are always willing to come out for an out of cycle treatment. One improvement they can make is to send customers recommendations on how to make their yards less conducive to mosquito breeding, like removing standing water or clogged gutters etc.

Hi Kendra and team - very disappointed in treatments this year. I can’t even be outside for few seconds before I’m getting eaten alive. I wear pants, long sleeves, socks and shoes but they get me on my hands and my face and neck. Basically every application was followed by rain - the last time I spoke with one of the sprayers when he was getting ready to spray and it was actually starting to rain. I asked him to let you know and that I wanted him to come back the next day or asap but he said he wouldn’t be able to be back until the next week towards the end of that week when they were back in Annapolis. I try not to complain and when I have in the past you have always been very responsive and I appreciate that. The guys that come to spray are always really nice as well but it just doesn’t seem to be worth it if we can’t go outside. I always empty any standing water after it rains. I really struggled with giving any stars for the rating because it has been just horrible this year. I am requesting to have some intense spraying done for the rest of the season to hopefully be able to spend a few hours outside. I know that we have been customers for years and have appreciated your service greatly and understand this is a very unusual year and I’m sure will be continuing going forward due to climate change. Please let me know your thoughts.

Would highly recommend! Zipn arrived early and was so very knowledgeable and kind. He did a walk through and then went to work. I've had many other service my yard in the past but none as thorough or patient as Mosquito Squad of Annapolis and Zion specifically. Not only was he fast, he got everything. He even got the tall brush no one has ever hit before. He also did two coats in the high traffic areas. I was so impressed with this company and Zion. I will defibrillator definitely be using them going forward. Also, Jennifer, in the office, was a pleasure to speak with. She was extremely knowledgeable and have stellar customer service! I never felt like just another customer through the entire process.

The tech actually sprayed ALL the bushes and the tree line across back yard. The past sprays seemed to be in a hurry, not hitting half the yard.
