One of the dudes that worked there was screaming at a poor woman that worked at the Sheetz over a cup of ketchup. Really unprofessional considering you step out and get into a truck with your company name on the side. Won’t be using you guys if I ever have problems if you treat people this way in public places. I’d hate to see how you guys treat someone in their home.

Bugout is the best! I tried everything to get rid of those pesky mice and Bugout did what every contraption I tried couldn't do. It is worth every penny.

Bugout is a great company! Matthew came out and expertly removed an underground YellowJacket Nest that was close to my walkway within record time. This local business with good prices is the best!

I have told you repeatedly that I cannot have service on Monday or Friday. Cannot. Period. Why did you have Scott at my house today? I will NOT pay for service today. If that is a problem, you can cancel my account.

Started off with the quarterly service for my house. No real issues but small spiders, more so prevention. Have not seen a spider since. Moved to Bugouts termite service, again prevention, hopefully we are good here. This company is fantastic. They are always on time, call me when they’re on their way so I don’t have to take off work. In addition, Ashley is awesome. She’s very polite and a joy to talk to. I signed up for their mosquito service for the summer. If they can fix the mosquitoes in my backyard, it would be a miracle and I will update this review with 6 stars.

I had one occurrence of infestation , and they managed it easily. The bait stations work. We recently purchased our home and it came with this service provider. Bug Out, sent a tech to our house to retrieve termite equipment installed under the previous owners. This was after they allegedly sent us a renewal notice in the mail. This tech reached over our closed gates and unlocked it from the inside and pranced around our back and front yard collecting the equipment. Our security system alerted us and I became hysterical thinking we were being robbed. Shame on this company for putting their tech’s life at risk. We called the Bowie police and they responded immediately, we are so grateful to them. The police were even kind enough to close our gates back after the tech left them wide open. If we were home, this could have ended very badly for the man, and that would have been on Bug Out’s conscious. Do better.

Was told I was being signed up for the monthly services and the $185 was and entry fee well now its my faults they want $85 a month instead of $55 because my wife didn't sign up when handed the pamphlet or something called and told a Manger would call me still waiting ... this has been months now so if you want to pay $185 for a quick one time ant treatment this is your place if you want actual help look elsewhere Edit : we never received 5 treatments I signed up for monthly and I guess your office told me I was on the schedule but didn't do anything but sign me up for one ant treatment for $185 and acted like it was a fee for starting the service. My wife was at home with our son taking care of him hence why I called the office and talked out dates logistics and fees only to find out all that was hot air and this paper is some sad excuse you have my name number and address if there was an issue Hahaha they replied and then deleted the reply after finally realizing they are wrong we will see what happens next not gonna hold my breath on people who act so shady though just glad didn't sign any contracts

April 2020, sold one home bought another. Used “Bugout” for both homes. Troy the owner was super professional and extremely informative, friendly and had lots of good advise. May 20 2021 6pm while cooking dinner we see a man wondering in our back yard. Find out it’s a guy from Bugout coming to pick up the “bait traps”. No call before, not even a knock on the door!!??? He just let himself inside my gated back yard! WTH kind of company thinks this is OK? Not happy

This is the worst company in terms of responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. The owner does not return calls and is very rude and so is the receptionist. PLEASE RUN FAST from this company.

If I could give one star I would. Customer service is non-existence and the owner and receptionist are VERY rude. DO NOT use this company.

Just an FYI, the previous owners used this service, I had no knowledge of it it at all. They sent a worker out to my house who went into my closed and fenced backyard without permission, then jumped my back fence and illegally trespassed into my neighbors yard as well, presumably to avoid the camera that caught him coming in. [edit] The owner wanted me to be clear that he didn't just jump my side fence, he jumped it and cut through my neighbors yard, I guess trespassing two properties is less of an issue than one. I did speak with the owner, apparently they do this all the time and its no big deal to just go into other peoples property without permission since he mailed me a letter at some point.

Bugout does not give you a guarantee that they stand behind. They are unable to get rid of mosquitoes it is a scam to take your money!!! Please be aware of there service.
