Worst experience ever. Although I made it very clear what I needed help with in writing and on the phone twice, they showed up and said they weren't taking on jobs like that. In front of me, the person who came out told the supervisor that I wanted to speak to him and asked him to call me, he never did.

Always prompt. Always efficient.

The quality of the service has decreased over time. They used to be on top of problems in our house and are no longer. Something happened within the company several years ago and it hasn’t been the same since.

Great service from technician Ty. He listened to my concerns and placed mice traps in my attic. I'm very happy with his service and professionalism.

In the several months since I first signed on for Brody Bros Pest Control in Montgomery County, I've seen exactly two bugs in the house-- both dead! They have also eliminated the carpenter ants that were threatening to take over our yard. Hopefully the Sentricon system they installed will prove to be as effective against potential termite threats as has been the pest control. The techs have been informative and conscientious as well.

These guys are the best! Showed the workman the problem on our deck. He knew exactly what to do, took care of it and within two days our situation was resolved!

I pay quarterly $137 for service, which is rendered at least quarterly, but as much as is needed. I am fortunate that each quarterly service takes care of things just right. The techs who come always are friendly, efficient, and explain everything well. Same this time.

We've had a maintenance service contract with Brody Brother's Pest Control Company for many years. Every service agent who has come out to our home over the years has been courteous and professional. When I've had an emergency pest problem they come out right away. I highly recommend the company.

Brody Brothers is the BEST pest control company!! I had issues with mice for years and within months of using their service, have had no issues. Shoutout to our regular technician, Justin, who has gone above and beyond to identify areas that mice could access our row home, and thoroughly seal up the spots. I can enjoy my house again without the anxiety of seeing a mouse scurry across the kitchen or living room floor. If you’re having issues with mice, call them ASAP!!! The price comparison (I get quarterly services) and communication of the company beats my past one hands down.

There were two issues we had at our house, 1.wasps nest attached to the underside of our gutter and 2. Mice. The first technician arrived, assessed the situation and removed the nest, made a note of the travel pattern of the mice. A contract was entered into between myself and Brody Brothers. A week after initial visit, the second technician arrived to place the bait traps, and two weeks later the third technician arrived to check the bait placements to determine if there was activity. Throughout the entire process, I was updated on what to expect and the ongoing follow up. The customer service so far has been great, and the technicians have been outstanding.

After their efficient and effective remedying of a small mouse invasion, I signed on with Brody Brothers as my permanent pest control service. This is a very professional and responsive company, far more reliable than the service I previously used. They even pick up dead rodents whenever the need arises, whether or not service is scheduled. Recommend without reservation.

I would highly recommend Brody Brothers. The entire staff, from scheduling an appointment to technicians arriving in a timely manner with shoe covers, have always displayed excellent customer service. The technicians are very knowledgeable.

Tim is so phenomenal! He’s kind, professional, and very courteous. He helped me clean food particles in the hard to reach places under my dishwasher and oven. Truly appreciated him coming out for my quarterly inspections. I wish I could have him come out every time, because he’s just so great at what he does! Thank for all you Tim.

not sure whether anyone experienced this, but my reach out to Brody for a quote was replied with a requirement for my credit card info as a condition to make an appointment to discuss service.

Everyone from Brody Bros who came by my house was lovely however none of the pest control remedies worked until I took matters into my own hands and they consistently missed appointments and/or didn’t schedule quarterly appointments for the membership.

Very disappointed. You cannot have the same criteria to take care of bugs infestation in every in every single case. The person that came for evaluation did not have the knowledge to give an opinion. I had the bugs in my bed in this case were carpet beetles, all the different types of them, I had them. He suggested ti leave markers ti find out were they were nesting. Only. I was expecting to have the whole house terminated. And following to that, leave the traps to see where they were coming from. At least to be able to sleep. I waited for weeks to have this appointed for nothing. This guy, (I don’t think is a technician with the proper training, he didn’t know anything about bugs. He terminated around the house and fixed a screen. I was desperate not been able to sleep, I was being eaten alive. I had to hired another company. It helped so much having the house terminated.

Still working on resolving the pest issue, so I can’t give them five stars yet, but they have been respectful and kind. They address all complaints quickly and with great customer service. I feel confident they will get things resolved for me
