Impossible to cancel. I was told it was possible to stop service, but I would then just be paying them not to service my yard. When I talked to the salesman, I was told I could cancel at any time without repercussions. That was all a lie. In their defense, they did actually show up and treat the yard, which the Frontline pest control people didn’t do.

Treated all my necessary concerns regarding my bug issues and the customer service has been great

I’ve noticed a huge difference with my pest issues and overall just really solid service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs pest control.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with BRD. They are there when I need to reschedule and talk with someone the Technicians have been amazing and thorough with spraying and explaining. Would recommend to anyone needing to get rid of those pests you have at home!

I’ve been using BRD Pest Solutions for about a year now. Technicians always make sure to knock on the door and make sure I’m home. Which I appreciate. I recently saw a cockroach inside and they even sent a technician out to do a reservice for free.

I’m giving a 5 star rating because Edwin came in and got the job done the right way. The other guy that came before him didn’t do the job properly, but when I told Edwin about the issue he fixed the problem.

I recently used A1 Pest Control to deal with spiders, house centipedes, and other pests in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The technician Daniel was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing throughout the process. I really appreciated his patience in answering my questions and making sure I understood the treatment plan. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. What impressed me most was how efficient and focused he was. He didn’t rush through the job but worked methodically to ensure every area was properly treated. The results speak for themselves – the pest problem was solved effectively, and I haven’t seen any issues since. Overall, I’m very satisfied with A1 Pest Control and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues. Great service, knowledgeable technician, and excellent results. You can’t ask for much more than that!

BRD has been great with everything! They give me a call when the technician is on their way to treat my home, great customer service with no waiting time, everyone at BRD is amazing and super punctual. All in all an outstanding pest control service!

Coming in to add to my review: the manager from our local branch called directly and see what happened and was super nice and wanting to help! Baltimore location 10/10. Corporate 0/10. 10/10 do not recommend. And from reading all the other 1 star reviews I am not the only one this has happened too. Told one price and charged something different. Call to cancel and told it would cost me $1200 to cancel TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!! Complete scam. I have already had two major issues with them and it’s not even been 3 months. I now have a 2 year contract with them that I clearly cannot get out of without giving them my money for nothing. When I explained this to the man on the phone I was told "Well you have no proof you were told that" amazing way to build trust with your customers. 100% awful service.

Free inspection. Tech never looked under house or even asked to look inside (attack) How can a recommendation be made. Will decline this service. Positive on the get rid of ant service. It's working.

Young gentleman was very polite and explained what he was going to do and when he was done, explained what he did. Thank you for your service. Living in a wooded area this is a much needed service for my home, especially for spiders.

The technician was very professional. He described the mosquito treatment he would perform. He also said he would treat the exposed foundation wall and also check on the rat bait canister. All was completed quickly and efficiently. He has a great attitude and represented the company well.

Very professional company. I just received my first treatment so I don't really know how effective this is going to be. However, they seemed to do a good job of treating inside. Outside and in the caller Area. I would recommend this company

First treatment so not much to say. First treatment less expensive. Other treatments $119/each

5 stars for service tech. Very polite and thorough. I was very surprised however that they are working on Labor Day. I was notified by text at 5pm the day before a holiday that a service call was scheduled. I did t see the message until later that evening. You might want to consider not scheduling visits on holidays. Service tech deserve a day off or make it optional for them at least and if you MUST schedule home visits on a holiday notify the homeowner several days in advance to give them opportunity to reschedule. If I would have had company and cooking out that would have been awkward. Hey everyone cover your food the big guy is spraying! 😊

Very courteous and friendly staff. The outside pest control is wonderful. We had a lot of carpenter bees on our deck and they are now gone. They give you a heads up when coming and are always prompt!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I do not normally write reviews, but feel I must in this case. It all started when I contacted them to verify where I should send my first payment via my bank bill pay. Well I was provided their old address in Columbia. After several weeks of my account not be credited for the payment, I was advised I was given the wrong address. I had to cancel that payment and resubmit to the correct address in Glen Burnie. Meanwhile I was sent another bill for another mosquito treatment. My wife was home all day when the treatment was to be performed, but no one showed up. When my wife contacted them about the charge, the customer service rep admitted the service had not be performed and she would credit the charge. It is almost impossible to talk to a rep when you call and they NEVER call you back when you leave a message. The manager was supposed to call me back 3 times and NEVER did!!!! The last time I received my mosquito treatment they just showed up without notice and wanted payment then and there. I told the employee to have them bill me as usual. He had to contact his manager and the manager wanted me to put a credit card on file so they could automatically charge the card. Told employee no way and to have the manager call me directly. The employee did. Still no call back from the manager for the fourth time. The manager must be used to dealing with UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I will be installing a Ring Camera so I can verify that they are performing the services I am billed for. I will immediately cancel any further service at the end of my contract. I would HIGHLY encourage using another service for your pest control needs!!!!!

Agreed to have service done with being told I could cancel whenever. After first service basically accomplishing nothing I told them I wanted to cancel only to be hit with a $477 early termination fee which was more than the service itself. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all cost

The technician was very knowledgeable. He asked about any special instructions or needs that we have and he followed them 100%. He was so courteous, respectful and extremely professional. When he was done the treatment he explained in detail what he did along with his findings on some nests of bees that he took care of. Great experience.

Great Customer Service. Signed up on a Friday and received treatment Saturday. The was a noticeable difference in the reduction or elimination of the wasps and other insects the day after treatment. I am very satisfied with service and treatment. Would highly recommend.

Teach your drivers how to drive and not flick people off. Literally ridiculous.

The representatives from this company are the ABSOLUTE worst. If I could rate a negative 5 I would. Respect the NO SOLICITING signs.

They will talk a big game in their sales tactics but they have nothing to back it up. We got talked into joining based on promotional pricing and the guarantee that we will see less bugs. We realized after reading the fine print that the price that was discussed verbally was changed in the agreement that we signed. We have gotten 2 treatments now for their standard treatment + mosquitos and have not seen any sort of decrease in the amount of bugs, Mosquitos, etc. I have been trying to get in touch with BRD from multiple avenues to dispute the amount they charged to our credit card because it was under false pretenses and to cancel our services because they don’t work. However, after WEEKS of trying I still haven’t been able to get someone to respond to me on this. So if someone from BRD is reading this review, please reach out to me so that we can cancel our services. And to anyone who isn’t from BRD, BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very disrespectful young men harassing my family and neighbors trying to sell you on a pointless service. Their Facebook feedback is equally atrocious.
