I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Orkin’s mice control service was extremely disappointing. I was charged nearly $250, and what I received was something any homeowner could have done on their own. The technician placed a few standard traps, told me to buy spray foam from Home Depot, and left. No thorough inspection, no attempt to locate how or where the mice were entering. We had a mouse in the kitchen. David from Orkin stated it was coming from the attic and had mouse dropping and it can be toxic to breathe it all in. We had our attic serviced right away and spent 15K + on our attic. The techs were nice, when they removed all the old insulation and sealed any openings. No one came to do an inspection before placing new insulation was installed. They stated they never do anything after the insulation is removed. Makes no sense why they would check everything after

We have been Orkin customers for quite a while and though the technicians have been professional and tried to be helpful, Orkin has been unable to resolve an ongoing issue with mice and the customer service has greatly deteriorated. I've repeatedly been told a manager would either come to our house or call me back and repeatedly have had no return call and the manager has been a no show for a scheduled appointment.
