Bill makes no sense guy who was aspose to take payment said idk and just left. I got termite treatment over 100 dollars for a plastic trap in ground thats "leased to me" I dont even own it im forced to pay each year to have it re baited. When I asked tech he said bait lasts 3 years so he doesn't even bait traps. He said he knows when they are due. Man I was up there visiting my Aunt and she had an appointment with Paramount to come out to the house for a service call. But anyway this dude Xander calls her up and gives her about a 10 minute heads up that he is almost there. He gets there and I'm just letting them do what they do, and when Xander came in and started talking to my Aunt Mary, you would think they were friends for the last 20 years. I live in North Carolina and it's common to see polite people but this was beyond being polite.

Horrendous company. Just had a HORRIBLE experience with Home Paramount pest control. Encourage customers to look elsewhere! We had trouble with them killing our bushes when they treated for bees nests.
