I had found what I at first thought was a dead cat in backyard. I had called local animal control and was told they didn’t service this area, and then called the Parrish animal control and was told the same thing. They also didn’t know anyone who would remove it. My Dad went to a local animal hospital to see if they knew anyone who could do the removal, and they also said they didn’t know. All respect to these places, but I was a bit taken aback by that. I didn’t want to remove it myself and neither did my Dad because we don’t know what kind of diseases or anything of that sort might be involved. I finally found Carter’s Wildlife Removal in Shreveport. Very friendly service over the phone. He sent out Les to remove our problem right away. Les was very friendly and helpful and took care of our issue very quickly. It turned out to be a dead possum rather than a cat, which I suspected because with the fangs and larger size it was a bit too big to be a cat. It being a possum just didn’t dawn on me at the time. Nonetheless, Les removed our problem without issue and for a great price. If I ever have such occurrences in the future, I will definitely use Carter’s Wildlife Removal. Great customer service with a straightforward yet courteous and understanding manner, which is quite rare these days. Cheers.

Carter made sure to work me in his schedule same day to remove a dead opossum from my air vent. I really appreciate him squeezing me in and taking care of that for me. He’s super friendly and reasonably priced as well.

Extremely satisfied with the service. I had a cat that got into my attic, which had me baffled on how a cat could get there? Carter got up there and we found the momma cat had removed the babies and left, but we found the problem. I had storm damage to the roof, likely from the March 2nd tornado. Where the roof line meets at the top, the cover where they meet had blown away, leaving about a 4-5 inch exposed gap in my roof!! Had that cat not got in there, I would have never known about the damage until I started to have water leak issues. This cat was a blessing and likely saved me from more damage. Carter advised me of their handy man service and came out and put a tarp on my roof the same day!! Exceptional service and highly recommend them to everyone.

Had a dead possum in my azaleas..had been dead for awhile..that’s how I discovered it!! Polite young man showed up 20 minutes after I called.. Took care of the removal. And considering the situation and the odor I felt the charge was a bargain! dt
