Customer Service is great! Ready to help with any issues or concerns. Our service rep Kentrae is wonderful. Orkin always sends a notification of the 2-hr time frame they will be arriving, when they are on their way, and when they’ve arrived. Besides the regular service plan, they always let us know to contact them at any point for any reason and they will come between the regular service dates. We are so pleased, as every bug, insect, etc. that we had issues with were gone after the first visit

I’m extremely disappointed and irritated with this company. Since signing up, they’ve only come out once—maybe twice—and nothing has been resolved. When they do show up, they just walk around and barely treat any areas. I called to cancel after no visits for over two months, only to be told I have a “quarterly” service plan.
