My family has relied on Permatox for over 40 years and they have consistently delivered outstanding service. From scheduling to treatment, every step is handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for their customers. They go above and beyond to ensure that not only are issues resolved quickly, but that preventative measures are also in place for long-term peace of mind. Their team is punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough, always taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions. It’s evident they take great pride in their work and in building lasting relationships with their customers. I cannot recommend Permatox highly enough.

So we had been with Permatox for over 10 years at first they were a very good company. They had an excellent technician in Tim and there’s been a few others. Whenever we need them to come in and spray the house because we seen signs of bugs, they would always do so without any hesitation or problems. They have always sprayed the Exterior of our home without any problems whatsoever. However, with our last service we had seen A roach,spiders, ants an A scorpion. So we asked the technician to please spray the inside of the house and I was told That I would have to call the office and get it Okayed and they would have to schedule an inspection of the inside of the house for signs of live Bugs being in the house. I was taking a back with this. When I called the office, I told Informed them what the issue was. The lady who answered the phone Already had an attitude And was rude right from the get-go. I told her what the issue was, and she told me that I would have to catch the roach in a bag take pictures of the bugs In order for them to spray the inside of the house. I told her I pay to get the inside and exterior of the house sprayed for these And have been for years. She said that was their policy. I informed her that it had never been an issue before having the technician Come in and spray since we pay for it. Needless to say, I was very upset about What I had just been . typically I do not ask for them to come inside unless I see signs of bugs Myself. I did tell the technician that we would be canceling our service. My husband and I decided that we would give them another chance since we had been with them for a very long time. Without issues in the past. Today 8/20/25 our house was to be sprayed. I Informed the technician that I needed him to come in and spray. Of course, he said the same thing I needed to call the office. I called the office and asked for a manager. The lady who answered said I can help you. I asked her again to speak to the manager and again she said She would help me. I explained the situation to her and she said that yes, we would have to catch the bug in a bag or take a picture However, they prefer the Bug in a bag/Freezer bag Because the pictures would be distorted. I informed her that I would not do that because it was disgusting and I pay for the service That is for inside and outside. She went on to tell me that the there had been a change in the chemicals in-laws. Again, I Let her know that there was never an issue before. Then she proceeds to tell me that if I go See a physician that they. This is where I lost my ever loving mind and instead of Saying what my mind wanted me to say out Of anger, I simply hung up. She calls back and says she don’t know what happened to the call. I told her I hung up on her and I want our service canceled.. I am a cancer survivor and have been for 35 years a rare form of cancer, which had been at a stage four. I have a paralyzed diaphragm, AFIB And asthma. I was so offended when she brought up the doctors. No way are doctors in the same category as pest control. I used to recommend them to family and friends and even strangers. I No longer recommend Permatox to anyone. Do not waste your money. For you will not get the service that you pay for. That is what I have experienced with Permatox. The issue is not with the technicians. They can only do what they are allowed to do. We are in the process of Hiring another pest control service. Have a blessed day.

Mrs Young, our service is guaranteed & consists of primarily an exterior treatment, we are always happy to inspect (for free) a pest concern on the interior and are able to do so when scheduled thru our customer care team as our service professionals do none of their own scheduling. As the professionals, our Permatox team must identify a pest issue in order to perform an interior service, we have numerous professional products targeted for certain pests for certain areas. With that being said we would never want to mishandle any products and again, our professional team must identify any pest infestations in order to treat an area (which is what we follow according to the label). I opened my door to get the mail, and saw a business card from one of your employees on the ground. I can't stand when people litter my doorstep with trash flyers and business cards. There is a no soliciting sign! For this, you get a 1 star.

Used them for probably about 9 yrs. I def wouldn’t recommend them for mosquito service. It does no good. We’ve been battling a bad mosquito problem for several years & went from using them during summer months to year round monthly. The mosquitos just kept getting worse. We also used several other methods on our own to try & control the issue. They would swarm our door & stay at the patio even during the day. They would come spray & the next day I’d use a whole can of flying bug spray to try & clear the patio off again. Recently I had a friend who worked for them & he told me they diluted their products. I’m not sure if this is true, if it’s been going on the whole time or maybe bc of inflation. I won’t say I know for a fact, bc I don’t. However, I finally switched to another mosquito company & I will say it’s been over a week& I’ve not had one mosquito attacking my door. Which is a complete 180 from what I’ve been dealing with for years. So they def aren’t doing something right. And the other service is even a smidge cheaper. Recently I’ve also had an abundance of spiders in my own. They’ve come to respray, but I’m still getting spiders. So now I’m wondering if it’s the same issue. I’ve suggested this company to many people over the years, everyone is very friendly & I love how they text you to let you know when they will come. I do believe they are great people. I hope they aren’t cutting corners, but I do believe something has changed. I will probably be looking for another bi monthly bug company as well.
Been with this company for at almost 4 months now and there has been no process. I’m still seeing a problem with bugs in my house and I’ve complained twice. I feel like since they make you sign a contract and pay bi monthly. The least they could do is their job and get rid of the problem they were called for in the first place.

I have used both Terminix and Permatox and once you sign a contract with Permatox you will not be allowed to skip a treatment. My wife and I had 2 treatments we could not get out of even though we didn't live in the house due to renovations. Terminix allowed me to skip treatments. Petty.

I'm a former Permatox customer. They were always friendly, customer service was good, and it never took too long for them to get to me. They took car of my bug and ant problem. I will definitely be calling them again! Soon!!!
Worst customer service we have ever had. Our service man couldn't get rid of the ants and then told us we should find another company because he couldn't satisfy us. All we wanted was to not have ants in the house and yard. We were paying for something we didn't get and then were told that it was our fault they couldn't help us.
