Every time I’ve dealt with them and decorating our beautiful Evangeline Oak tree they’ve done a perfect job on time and at the price they quoted. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Most of the service was great, but at the moment the sprinkler main is leaking water after "Lawn Masters has serviced my system causing my lawn to flood and an unexpected increase in my water bill. I have called and asked them to fix the damage they have created ASAP. I will NOT be changing my review rating until it is fixed. 25 March 2025 (Update) The broken item was replaced at full price (242$ for a 80$ kit that took fifteen minutes to replace) for something that wasnt broken or leaking before they serviced the sprinkler heads. And after about a week, as of this moment does not leak.

We had a dirt back yard for years because we couldn't get grass to grow. Lawnmasters came out and assessed the situation. Figured out drainage issues along with other factors. We now are enjoying a beautiful lush backyard. Thanks to all of the crew at Lawnmasters. Great job.

Lawnmasters is a high end, top rated, lawn care company with the best employees and we have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. All of our residents rave about our vibrant flowers that are installed with each season. We love the pre emergent, post emergent and weed control that they offer. It helps keep our community looking like a golf course. Don't believe me, come look. :)

No idea how to trim my crape myrtle trees. Called Lawnmasters out and did exactly what needed to be done WITHOUT creating crape murder. Great job!!!!

Needed an adjustment on a irrigation sprinkler head. They sent Dak out. He communicated and adjusted sprinkler head as requested. He also made sure it was adjusted properly before leaving. Very satisfied with Dak's work and professionalism.

The Lawnmasters stopped by this morning to winterize my sprinkler system. They were very friendly and explained the entire process to me. Now I can stop worrying about my system freezing this winter. Since I chose Lawnmasters to winterize, I am now automatically on the list for spring time activation and system check-up.

I met Adam Jones a few months ago. When I called him and asked about doing some landscaping at my new place, he and Tiffany came out within a couple days and talked to me about what I wanted. Within a few days I was emailed their recommendation with an itemized list of plants Tiffany suggested, along with the prices. They scheduled a date for their crew to come out and they showed up on time. The team did a great job. I asked them to move a couple of things around for me, which they were happy to do. They also did a great job cleaning up my yard after they finished their work. I highly recommend Lawn Masters if you need any landscaping done. I am going to talk to them about putting sprinklers in my flower beds next!

My wife and I spent $ thousands of dollars to get the best yard in our neighborhood. Added sprinklers zone to existing system. We been complaining for months and months after high water bills but nothing but brown spots. Was told from several agents that was normal. Agents talking about others agents non professionalism. We been here at Lawnmaster’s for 1 1/2 years. Complaint sent by agents No manager or the owner ever can out to address our concerns.

Customer service is good they responded quickly but the service has gone downhill past 3 years. I am having to contact them multiple times a year about large amounts of weeds in my yard. The whole point in paying them is for weed service. Add in they do not spray all your yard cut corners. Overall I was happy until 3 years ago.

They are spraying every month but still whole my Backyard have weed. My address is 8032 captain Dillon court,Shreveport 71115

Called, got no call back

Gene Weitzel: Company came out and applied weed control to lawn. Product was not applied systematically or efficiently. It was easy to see the streaks where no product was applied. Called company and they assigned a person to come and visit. It was easy to point out the problem that was evident. I was told a service person would come out and reapply weed control product. After two weeks there was no evidence of weeds dying down. When the person was at the house at some time he placed a hanging note that the product was applied. Not cost effective. Way too high a cost versus the resuts. Will not be a return customer.

This review is about the Christmas Light install side NOT the lawn service side Dented our gutter on the front of the house Cost us 450.00 to add new fuses to fuse box to run lights when no one told us that was going to be needed and we had signed the contract with them so kind of too late Made a hole in our roof “micro” that had a small leak in our attic last year

Accepted offer online. I had to call them a week later to try to schedule. Once scheduled for two weeks out, LM did not show on scheduled date. I called and they said it would not be for four more days. Cancelled service.
