He walked around my property and gave me the options offered by Arrow without being overbearing and obnoxious. Had a few hick ups getting started but nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a phone call. Their customer service was awesome and immediately handle the issues I was having. Jerome came out and installed everything and sprayed for bugs. He was very informative and let us know what he was doing every step of the way.

If i could do no stars! Is what i would! But not an option! Arrow pest control is a joke! I have been with them since 2018 and the owners before we owned the home with them. Find out we do not have termite damage warranty. Who knew that was more? Well we just found out the $300 a yr we have been paying for centricon is warranted only if you get termites they will come retreat only. Not pay for damages. Well why do pay that much? Other thing, i had one of their techs come out and told me we should have bait stations closer together (drilled in concrete) and someone would contact me to get that scheduled. Well i waited and did not pay my bill till someone contacted me to come back out. Well 30 days later, they are calling me about my bill and i told them i was still waiting on someone to come out to drill holes where i was told needed them. Tried to tell me that originally done it was probably denied by home owner (which is me) and i was to sign a waiver. Well i never signed a waiver and why would i not want coverage??? I am well done with arrow and DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! I pretty much have been paying them for what??? Tonya C

Hey Tonya! I am bringing this to our owners attention. Over 95% of contracts written in Louisiana (with all companies) don’t include damage coverage, especially on older homes. We are reviewing the original contract to be sure you were issued the correct warranty and treatment that was purchased. After being under contract a few years and having clean inspections, we can make structures eligible for a damage warranties if you are interested in trying to qualify the structure. For the $300 per year, you pay for service and prevention of termites and any maintenance/bait needed on the system. Termite Prevention is very valuable, even without a damage warranty as it greatly reduces the risk of a home getting infested. <br>I apologize for any confusion with the core drilling and there could be a few reasons why you have one or don’t have one. Please expect to get a call from a manager next week to help resolve and bring clarity to this. Thank you!

Hey Mr. Jacob! Do you have the right branch by chance? This is our shreveport location. I don’t see you live near this location. If this were to occur, we try to only notate down conditions relevant to moisture issues that would be conducive to termites on or near the structure. Sometimes seeing how the rain drains gives us a better look at areas that could be more conducive to termites. We could call the other office and see if a supervisor could come out for you. Please let us know!
