Amazing! Everette was the tech that came to assess my property. After a complaint by a renter regarding pests I prepared for the biggest treatment. Everette thoroughly inspected our house giving us not only peace of mind but also being honest that a “nuclear bomb” treatment was not required saving me a large amount of money. Even better was he was local living in the same neighborhood making him even more knowledgeable regarding insects/risk specific to us! Would recommend him anytime!

Please advise your drivers like this one in photo that it is extremely dangerous to stop on the rr tracks when light has changed red. Had a train approached, he not only put himself, the company vehicle, the train employees but also the cars that were around him in danger. He had ample warning with the yellow light changing to not have pulled onto the track. This was 11:46 am 7/1/25 on Airline approaching Barksdale in Bossier City. Thank you.

This company needs to go out of business we have roaches real bad at the Aspen apartments an they got sorry guys spraying now that's not professional they spray in one area an come once a month they need come every week to get rid of these roaches Orkin take care of there customer we need Orkin spray company

WE DID NOT AUTHORIZE RENEWAL SERVICES. YOU KEEP CALLING AND HARASSING US.SO STOP CALLING. YOU DID NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICES. MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT OUT OF OUR YARD..HERE WE ARE, AGAIN ,BEING HARASSED ABOUT UNAUTHORIZED SUBPAR SERVICES. Spoke with Marcus on today, Company agreed to take care of the issue.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In 2020 they sent out a guy to treat termites at my house who had no idea what to do. He stayed on the phone asking what every next step was and made a mess. I had his manager Marcus come back out and redo everything. One year passes and they call asking for money to renew their yearly service. I ask for a report of the trap stations status before I'll renew. DOZENS of calls, texts, and emails harassing me to pay for another years "service" but they can't send someone out to check the stations. I told them to kick rocks and come get their stations. Dont see them again. Now in 2023 I get a call from a very nice lady at J&J asking to come get the traps. I again ask for the report I paid for 2 years ago. She sends me a blank report showing no info on the stations AND A FAKED CUSTOMER SIGNATURE that isn't even close to my name - see photo. She went on to tell me she is the ONLY employee of J&J in all of Shreveport currently. J&J may have been a good company once, which is why I employed them. But in my experience with them since 2020, they have been incompetent, lied to me, harassed me, stole my money, disappeared, forged my signature, and provided a false report. I will never do business with J&J again and recommend no one give them your money.

I will be placing a call to the overall business manager. Worked with the staff here in Shreveport and process was okay. I was not well informed of what would be required for my termite service. After I begin to ask questions, I first got no immediate response. Once I was able to get a response, I spoke to the staff very firmly. It was obvious that they did not take kindly to my asking questions about the service that I received. I was scolded for questions asked. I do not believe that I have a contract with this company. Thank God. As a female, any questions or concerns I have should be welcomed and not frown upon.

I used J and J for inspections after they took over Gator Exterminating. They never provided a report to me for the cost I was paying. I asked multiple times for a report and was never provided.

Technician came to our house and was very rude. Talked down to us and assumed we were poor because we live in a trailer. Will never contact them again
