Great company they worked with me when I couldn’t pay the full amount upfront & they got rid of the bugs I had after the first time but still came back to spray a few times afterwards I recommend them to anybody that has an infestation or any bug problems they’re great at what they do. Vickie has been spraying our house for regular pest control. We live in the country, but we haven't seen any bugs or snakes since she started treating for them. Yesterday we noticed something making noise in between the kitchen and the living room. We took the vent off, and there was a squirrel. We called her, and in less than 12 hours, her and Chris came and got the squirrel out. Thank y'all so much for the prompt response and removal! 10/10 recommend!

Love doing business with good people. I contacted Redd to safeguard my home against termites. My interactions with Steve, Vickie, and Chris were awesome; all were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to oversell me on any services, but instead gave me logical guidance and I believe provided great service for the money. Chris especially went above and beyond by helping me clean up an outdoor area that was not associated with the service agreement. Much appreciated!

Redd Pest Control-Shreveport has managed my pest service and termite inspection for 10 years. I'm very happy with them, and technician Amy S., who is super-reliable, smart, polite, and efficient. I have quarterly service, but she returns on an as-needed basis when necessary--without charge. I'm confident that all the Redd technicians are good, but ask for Amy if you're a new customer!

Not only do they provide regular treatments to maintain my insect-free home, but they also are quick to come out any time I have a random pest problem. I have NO IDEA how this company got 8- 5 star ratings. This company is horrible! The owner forgets almost everything. Let’s start from the beginning, I called him.. he sounded like he knew how to tackle my problem. Unlike everyone else. I was impressed. He told me to clean out my kitchen and empty it out. I told him okay I’ll call him in a day when I emptied everything out. Took everything out of my kitchen the next day, called and he had no idea who I was and had to take my info again! So I had to wait a few days for someone to come. He ASKED ME! What time would be a good time to come by.. I said 930 SINCE YOU HAD TO BE OUT FOR 4 hours! That way I could be back from my 3 babies to take a nap. Day comes. I load up my kids. My son had the stomach bug, picked him up from school. So now I have 3 babies, 1 with the stomach bug all in my vehicle. I called the tech because it’s 945 still no tech there to come and put out the spray! Tech claims he won’t be able to be there till 1130!!!!! Remember I still have to be out for 4 hours!!!! Told them I wanted a discount because of this hassle I am having to deal with. They couldn’t give me a discount because it would effect my techs pay!! Tech said he is on his way at 10. Doesn’t show up till 1130 anyways!!! So I waited in my drive way for a hour in half. Tech shows up at 1130 sprays, and then has me sign the papers. After I sign the papers I am THEN INFORMED!! That I am now in a 6mo contract!! Well now I’m tied to this company. Fine, no problem I need my problem fixed. Asked the tech while he was here to come back in 2 weeks for a additional spray he said yea that’s fine!! He told me I can come right after New Years. Text him and asked him what time he could come. He had nothing until around the 16th. Well 16th came we scheduled for him to come. He says he has strep and is going to the doctor And had to reschedule! Why don’t they have more than one tech to pick up slack of others who don’t show up !?! I rescheduled for Monday. Things came up I asked to reschedule, tech said he would check his schedule and figure out a time that worked for both of us. 1 1/2 weeks passes and no text about a time or date!! Call the owner. He said I’ll assign someone new and give me a new tech because of my hassles and then I would get this spray for free due to my “hassles.” Well someone called me Thursday we scheduled for Friday. 12:30-1. Guess who doesn’t show up?!?!?! The tech. It’s 230 I call the owner and cancel my contract and everything ! This company obviously is not on the same page. I feel bad for the techs because the owner obviously didn’t teach them the foundamentals of business!
