Aaron and his team have been great and reliable. I own several properties and anytime I have pest control issues I reach out to Aaron immediately. He has helped me with roaches, raccoons, mice, and bedbugs. Highly recommend them, great prices and quality work!

Aaron was referred to us by another company who could not squeeze us in for a wasp nest removal in our glass fireplace. Aaron was so very kind and quick to respond since I’m allergic to them. He helped us beyond his work hours and kept great communication. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very grateful for his work and for taking our concerns as serious as we did. Thank you Aaron for just doing your job, but for also being a caring and kind person that this world still very needs.

The 1st time we met with Aaron the owner we were impressed and later engaged with him for services once our contract with another firm was over. After the initial treatment we had nothing but scheduling and billing issues and not receiving treatments as promised. Then when we cancelled service, they took an additional payment out of our account. When I contacted them, they said it was a mistake and had already initiated a refund. We still haven't received a refund. Then after multiple attempts at contacting them, Aaron responded saying he sold the company and he thought the new owner had taken care of. Finally after posting a Google review with 1 star he reached out saying he'd send refund if the review was deleted. WOW!!! Whether I believe all of his excuses or not is irrelevant. I did finally get a refund, but I can't in good conscience not leave an honest review. Something shady was going on, then to get threatened was the last straw. I called KC Pest experts for a general home insect extermination treatment. This was my second treatment, which I found to be very effective. Aaron is very professional, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend their services.

Aaron and KC Pest Experts are the best exterminators in town! My company has a large rental portfolio and no matter the issue, I know I can rely on Aaron to swiftly respond and effectively treat the problem. Have not found a problem he can’t fix! You will not regret the level of expertise, customer service, and care that these guys are able to provide!

Do not hire for multi-appointment projects. Aaron (owner/worker) never showed up on original appointment days. One week Canceled and rescheduled the appointment five times. I put up with it because he seemed kind and to be struggling with organizing client schedules. Issue was not resolved. Still have mice. Aaron did not complete any of the work described in the beginning with the exception of placing bait boxes. After firing this company and making a report through Thumbtack Aaron messaged me-attacking me, stating they had fired me rather than me firing them, as well claiming the issue was resolved. Very childlike affect and unprofessional. If you want to save yourself the headache of trying to track down your expert to keep appointments or communicate-do not use. I decided on 1/10 enough was enough-firing KC Pest and filed a complaint through-thumbtack on 1/13. Aaron sent an unprofessional response attacking me personally. I have only left three bad reviews in my life. This company is disorganized and there is no professional at the helm. Very fly by night. Aaron Always had an excuse for not showing up Or even not contacting me. He also stated he was doing me a favor after he would immediately cash the check for the few visits he did make. If you file a complaint, be prepared for childish attacks. The professional just texted me privately to threaten me. His response below is not truthful and clearly he’s trying to attack me in public and Attempt to embarrass me. For example. He removed 16 mice from my basement – now he’s saying 50. I have sent text messages which document 99% of our communication And have sent them to Thumbtack and other. He showed up 3 out of 6 times (three out of six). Do not hire unless you want the example below. Extremely unprofessional and immature. Evidently expecting someone to keep their appt or communicate is demanding and outrageous. Please do not contact me again-Aaron. Everything is being handled through thumbtack or other.

My experience with KC Pest Experts matches what their others customers have experienced. Professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The barrier they out down for my termite problem seems to already be working and they covered the whole exterior of my house in under an hour. I definitely recommend them.
