Rene was on time, quick at figuring out the critter issue, and laid out several detailed options in a way that was easy to understand. They put up 2 cameras to track an entrance and determine which animals had invaded our attic. When we couldn’t afford the costliest repair option, they were still extremely friendly and gave several tips on DIY solutions. Highly recommend and will be calling them if another issue arises that needs professional help!

I cannot recommend this company and Luis enough. He was more thorough than 6 othr inspectors, spoke bluntly about the most problematic entry points, and then pointed out concerns that could wait. He let me take him around the house to point at every concern I had, in addition to his, and addressed it well, and in a very efficient manner (I can’t tell you how much I appreciate efficiency). The follow-up was great, several months later to confirm issues had been taken care of.
