They are terrible. They are hard to reach. I'm under contract so I'm screwed. I only pray that they never show up at my home again.

I’ve been a customer for several years and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things, and if I ever need them outside of my regular schedule, they show up quickly without hesitation. That kind of reliability and customer care is rare. Taylor is typically my contact and has always impressed. They’ve kept my home pest-free year after year, and I truly appreciate the peace of mind they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dependable pest control.

They are very kind. Mark in particular is very thorough in explaining what you’re signing up for and really tries to work with your budget! And I like the free service warranty in between scheduled services. Will be recommending Pestworkx!

Dude came calling7:15pm. I told him NO numerous times. Then he asked me about the neighbors. I told him No! repeatedly ... had to literally close my garage door in his face and he was still trying to talk with me. I told him multiple times no means no means no!

We used Pestworx for a year and were happy with their service! They are very responsive and easy to work with.

These people will take your money and not do the service, they will talk all nice and then only do half the job when they show up. It's not worth the money. I'm sill being charged for services I haven't gotten in month's.

Taylor and Mark were a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was a breeze and flexible. Taylor was punctual, professional and thorough. Mark explained their service plan extremely well and was very polite and respectful. I’m happy to have a great and locally owned company taking care of our pest control needs. Thank you!

We’ve had a great experience with Pestworkx so far! We’ve had their services for well over a year now and they’ve been prompt, professional, and friendly. 😊 We recently had someone come out to do a last minute treatment on our house today which is why I’m writing this review! Cesar came out at the end of his workday to service our house which was so nice. He was so friendly and informative, wish we could request him for every service! Highly recommend Pestworkx ☺️

I've had them for over a year. Constantly have to call back to get the outside treated (ants, spiders, etc). I pay a company so I don't have to worry about it, but I have to call them back at least 2-3 times a year due to a lot of bugs getting in and around the house. That said - they are responsive and come out quickly when called.

These guys are awesome. Our house is surrounded by woods and old so there’s a lot of places for bugs and mice to get in. Every time they come to treat, I notice a big difference! They’re very thorough and very friendly.

They were difficult to get ahold of, but once I did they came out the same day. The guy was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Hoping this helps our bug situation!

Taylor and all the guys over at pestworkx are absolutely top notch people. Fantastic at bring flexible with me and my family who have a highly changing schedule. Worked us into times that we had to have on certain days and even when we had an emergency and had to cancel last second they were completely ok with it and rescheduled us no problem. The rating speaks for itself top notch company with top notch people. Trust me it makes the difference
