I have been using Terminix for many years with great results! They are very attentive to my concerns and have addressed every one of them to my satisfaction. They pay close attention to trouble areas around out buildings that others have ignored in the past. My family can enjoy the outdoors without any concerns of pests and know that it is also safe for our pets and children. Ryan has been awesome to work with and I would recommend him for great service and support!

Adam was so helpful and informative! He led us around our house and showed us areas of concern. He explained each option available and answered all our questions with patience.

We’ve used Terminix for years in several states, and our current service continues to be great. Lynn was a great communicator with our last visit, even checking in before finishing up to be sure everything was done. Very thorough and complete, even going back to check on a last minute request from me. Thank you for the great work!

Personnel from the Des Moines branch office were professional and personable, specifically Jr and the branch manager, Jake Murrell. I appreciated that Mr. Murrell explained in detail the process to remove racoons from our attic, and efficiently and expeditiously set and removed traps from our roof. I was especially grateful that he treated the racoons he trapped with respect and compassion.

Adam came out for the inspection of our attic a few days after calling Terminix. (We needed a service to clean up the bat excrement, sanitize the attic, and find the entry point.) Very polite and respectful at all times. The quote was available the same day. I called Adam and we discussed the quote. I was able sign the service agreement online and Adam handed it over to the scheduling department. Adam handled every aspect professionally. I would highly recommend Adam.

We spent a lot of money with Terminix in 2023 and have had nothing but issues with getting the service we paid for completed. Finally, our newest tech, Jacob, came this year for our annual warranty inspection and actually completed the first top-to-bottom service we've been hoping for. He addressed many issues that have prevented the actual exclusion of bats from our home, and hopefully we can have our property finally become clear of these pests. Many thanks for the complete service, Jacob!!

September 3, 2025 Just signed up for this service. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 12. Twelve o'clock arrived no technician. Call and found out my service was moved to another date without notification or to verify that I would be there. Will give one more try before canceling. Not happy. This is why I canceled my other service. June 15, 2026 Second time they didn't show up. Was supposed to be here between 8 - 12. No phone call, no message about why they could not show up. Called and got a so sorry. No explanation or looked into why they didn't show up. Rescheduled. I have better things to do than wait for them not to show up. Will see what happens. June 22, 2026 Terminex showed up to the appointment and sprayed and put now new sticky traps for all my bug and spider problems. Set up a trap for mice and snakes. Took care of the outside of our house. Buy did a wonderful job. This time it was a five star rating.

Carlos was the nicest guy! Answered all of my questions and provided outstanding customer service! He installed subterranean canisters around my house to prevent termites. Very professional job. Would definitely work with Carlos again.

Ryan has been servicing my residence for 2 plus years now. He always reaches out ahead of time before coming to give you the opportunity to make arrangements to his arrival and or to give you the opportunity to reschedule when it works better for your schedule. When he arrives and or before he leaves he always checks in makes sure you are set. We have community cats outside so he is very mindful of our feeding and water stations just as he is wiyh our indoor animals. He is kind and professional. Thank you Ryan!

I called for a simple question about a rat in my yard and asked if I could get help with him. I’m someone who empathizes a lot for animals in danger and just wanted to get some help for him. I made a mistake calling this company and the guy on the phone was extremely rude to me for no reason. If you’re going to need services, call any other company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was not home when Carlos was there, but my husband thought he was a nice guy!
