We had mice problems, and someone recommended AAA Pest Control. Had quick response from Matt, and was so polite and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner and professional. He ended up having a cancellation same day, so came that afternoon. Spent time explaining everything and showing the products they use. His recommendations and products he used did the trick very quickly. We also had ant issues once in awhile, and so far haven’t had any. The maintenance program is very nice

David did our pest control service this month, arrived on time in the designated appointment window. He listened to my husband describing a few problem areas and then treated those areas for bugs and spiders. He also took his shoes off to treat the inside of the house, which is appreciated, checked the spider and sliver fish traps then sprayed the outside yard and around the garage. Always great professional service every 3 months keeps bugs and spiders at a minimum.

I called Certified hoping to get service right away. Their dispatcher advised that they had no open appointments for at least a week. She ended up getting the owner himself to juggle his schedule and handle my needs personally, the next day. Every point of contact with these guys was professional and I was made to feel very confident that I definitely called the right guys. I'd highly recommend them.

“I had a guy show up and tell my renters he would be contacting me shortly with an estimate to remove bats from attic. 2 weeks later never heard back but i got a bill for 100 bucks for the inspection.
