Montreal, with APlus Lawn Service, did a very good job for us. Since taking over for our account, he does things professionally. I spoke with him today letting him know of our very difficult spots of invasive plants/weeds and he got off the spreader and hand sprayed those areas. Very pleased with his work.

Retaining wall project. Great communication with Drew start to finish. They started work on the schedule that was predicted and completed it quickly but with proper attention to detail. Scott was excellent to work with and answer any questions. He went above and beyond to make sure any needs or concerns were taken care of. Great workmanship. Very nice dealing with everyone.

The crew that was sent to turn on our sprinkler system was completely different than the one who had come to blow it out in the fall. They completely missed a 5 zone section and left with full knowledge of a broken sprinkler head on the section they turned on. We heard nothing from them for over 3 weeks and by then had lost several large bushes. They insisted they needed a signed repair order which wasn’t provided to us to sign until after the damage was done. We ended up with over a 2000 bill to fix problems they caused.

Semaj was great when he came out laat week to treat my yard. He was pleasant and took his time, unlike some of the others. I accidentally let out dog out when he was there. Before he left he helped me get the dog back inside. I wouldn't have known the dog was out unless Semaj rang the door bell and let me know.

Today A+ came out to apply a fertilizer treatment for our lawn. The service was done quickly and efficiently. I mentioned to Kuol Chol (the man doing the application) that I noticed some weeds and creeping charlie in the middle of the lawn. He checked in with the A+ people and did an on the spot treatment for the weeds. I really appreciated the quick response.
