I had a pest situation at my home in January. I have never dealt with anything like it. Not gonna lie, it freaked me out. I had 4 pest companies out and I will tell you that Dusty at Pro Staff impressed me the most. He was very thorough doing his inspection, did not rush, put my mind at ease and knew exactly what he was doing. He cares about his job and his customers. I would normally never pre-pay for a service( had to wait until March to do the service) but I felt comfortable pre-paying and I got on the schedule for March 26th. He showed up on time, prepared, never rushed, answered my questions and got the job done. He followed up by text with a thank you and for me to feel free to reach out to him anytime. That is true customer service!! Great job Dusty and ProStaff!! You will be my go-to pest company and when I am happy with a company I share my experience with everyone!!!
Jacob is great! He’s very friendly and engaging. Asked if we needed anything other than the regular outside service.

Jason Riemenschneider does an outstanding job for us. I hate spiders. He keeps them at bay. He thoroughly explains everything he does and takes the safety of our dogs into consideration. I highly recommend Pro-staff for any pest control issue. Their prices are very reasonable and quality service. How often is that said in the same statement? UPDATE: Shawn did our quarterly this month. He's super friendly and knows his stuff. He's extremely good. PRO-STAFF is the best. We've used them for years! UPDATE: Shawn continues to be our Pro-Staff expert and always does a great job.

Disorganized, last minute calls that they are "on the way" because they can't stick to a schedule, major employee turn over. Go to Preferred Pest Control they are a much better company...
My ground wasps are gone. The spiders in the downstairs bathroom are gone. This business develops you plan and then attends to it without interruption to you. They will come back in the house if you need them to.

Started out with good service and communication. However, my agreement was for quarterly service. They changed to bi-monthly, then upon my request to go back to quarterly, the district manager agreed. They never changed services back, despite emails and texts stating this would occur. When I questioned the billing, the office admin was very difficult to communicate with and icky. They also billed me for times when they claimed to spray, but did not leave notices of service, nor access to my gated/locked yard. When I disputed, she threatened me with a lien notice. I asked for them to honor the contract and quarterly service agreement, and office admin gal would not pass my requests to speak to managers along. I again asked for account review and to speak to manager, pointing out their inconsistency and lack of service, billing for incomplete services, as well as lack of customer service. I stated if this is how they conduct business, I may need to reconsider my continuing business with ProStaff. This was all communication with the office secretary, as she refused to pass my messages to managers…or managers have no concern about pleasing or retaining customers. Then, the technician showed up at my home and removed my baits and rodent stations. They stopped services with ZERO notices or follow-up with me. Never did anyone try to contact me to discuss their unethical billing for non-service or 1/2 completed services. The business condones crappy execution, billing without services completed, and seem unconcerned with losing a 5 year customer. In this category, there are many competitors and pest control provider options, and I do not recommend Pro Staff for their smarmy business practices, strong-arm tactics, poor communication and terrible administration. On the side note, the technician who did show up was friendly…

Hi Lora, I’m disappointed to see this review. We have tried to reach out several times to resolve your review. You are currently under our once a year annual plan that states in the agreement that it doesn’t include mice. You would have to upgrade to our bi-monthly plan for an additional charge to put out our rodent devices. Please reach out if you have any more questions.
Owner called and told me he would make things right and he did. I will continue to use their services.

The man who did it was amazing but the bugs kept coming back and it would get worse when they sprayed. We haven't used them in over a year and since then have never had an issue, it almost seems like they were bringing the buggies!

We are glad to hear you had a good experience with our technician, but hate it when a customer feels that their problem wasn't solved as quickly as they expected. Our product that we use for bed bugs can sometimes seem that is making a problem worse, but what is happening is the bed bug is dyeing from the product and disoriented. Therefore they are coming out in the open, where they would typically harbor in hidden areas. We promise we weren't bringing them in :) Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can do to improve your experience with our company.
