Terrible experience. Lawn Doctor was a major disappointment, as their customer service this spring was the worst I’ve seen from any local company. Last fall, lawn doctor over fertilized my yard , leading to some large dead spots. I called them this spring to set up some over-seeding, etc to repair my lawn. We’ve used Fenix for almost a year now and it has significantly helped with our ant problem! We’ve had Brendyn as the tech the last few times and he’s efficient and great about asking us for what we need. I do wish we could receive notice ahead of time before Fenix comes out. The last couple of times they just showed up at our door unexpectedly. What if we hadn’t been home? We need a text/call beforehand.
