I need to share the amazing experience I have had with Springer Professional Home Services especially with Kevin W. who has made bugs in our home nonexistent. We had a number of spiders in our home and I hate bugs especially spiders. I can't believe it but they are gone! Kevin is such a good communicator and alerts us days in advance when he is scheduled to come. This is so important because plans and situations can change and he is so flexible. He also lets us know when he is on his way which I appreciate very much. He checks in and asks me to share any concerns or alert him of any problems areas we have. I am just so impressed because I had used a different company prior to Springer and the costumer service and attention was not even close to what I have experienced with Kevin and Springer. Thank you!

I have been using Springer's pest control service for over 12 years now and am extremely happy with their service. This is because their product works and I don't have unwanted insects in my house and very few outside. My next door neighbors have cob webs all over their front porches but I do not. I know it works. Kevin does a great job and he always texts a few days before service. He is knowledgeable, professional and great with my dog (added bonus). I highly recommend! I also take advantage of the mosquito spray service for the lawn in the summer months.

We have been using Springer services since 2023 and have been very happy with them. Kevin comes out every few months and sprays and checks everything. We had a terrible wasps problem before to the point where sitting outside was no longer than 10 minutes because of the wasps. Now we hardly even notice anything being outside. Kevin is always friendly and timely while doing his visits and brief in explaining any questions we might have!

Manager there stated they got my info off county assessor site. Then sent me an invoice to see if I call and want the service. If you get a random invoice from them don't just pay it without checking. (Editing to reply from owner: I have never used springer. We have had Springer for 12 years. Always have a great experience with our normal pest guy Eric. Had massive issues with mice this year. Decided to hire the Springer exclusion team to find a seal the mouse entry points. The work quoted was not the work completed. I am not sure who is at fault. It could be the workers not knowing what was quoted, or it could be the quoter not knowing what the workers actually do. Signed a completed work scope after they did part of the work quoted. Total cost was half the quoted price. I considered this reasonable, because a third of the work quoted wasn't completed. Then received two separate invoices for entire quoted price. I asked for a revised invoice due to certain things not being completed. Still haven't heard back about the revised quote. Also, I had to fix a few of the things they did. Overall, I would recommend finding a different company if you are seeking things to be performed professionally and properly. The people are nice, but that's about it. After reading reviews, it appears they have an issue with communication. Not just with their customers, but also within the ranks of the company. I am currently waiting to hear back from the sales rep. I will wait a few more days before taking further steps of reporting to the BBB. Update: I met with the sales rep and his manager. They did lower the total cost of the project, which I greatly appreciate. A thing I still have a problem with, I requested multiple times for a detailed breakdown of the billing. They couldn't really provide that. I like things to be itemized so its simple to distinguish what costs were labor and what were materials. I don't think they operate in that manner. It seems they only do flat rate style billing. I will take blame for not asking for the itemized billing upfront. From this experience I have learned to do that. I would suggest anyone reading this do the same. Companies should be able to give exact amounts for all services they provide. (all work is subject to change orders if project requires more materials.)

I never signed up for their services, the previous home owner did. I have called multiple times asking for them to remove their traps from my yard. Instead they continue to send $300 bills in the mail for something I never signed up for.

my card expired in March of 2022 when I was on direct billing for bi-monthly treatments with Springer. I emailed and let them know I had sent in a paper check. They didn't show up for our May treatment, but I was sent another bill. I emailed and called to let them know our serviceman never showed up. I emailed them a third time (July 2022) to let them know I was replacing them with Midwest Pest Services. Much to my surprise, here we are 2 years later, and they had the nerve to report me to a debt collector. I've never seen a company with worse communication. I won't be paying for services you never completed.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Especially if you're needing anything more than a routine spray for spiders. We have a clover mite infestation that started a year ago. We hired Springer when it started last fall and were told by the sales guy that did the inspection that they could handle it. A year later we have not seen any improvements and the clover mites are still as bad as they were when Springer started. Huge waste of money. The only time we have seen relief is in the winter and summer when the mites go inactive as they are a seasonal pest. This fact is very easy to find from many entomology extensions and other pest companies online. However, the branch manager at Springer attempted to condescendingly lie to me and tell me they are not seasonal/do not go dormant so therefore they did "handle" them this summer, which is just blatantly untrue. I have also spoke to the entomologist on staff in the course of the last year as it was becoming clear Springer was not equipped to actually handle our situation and when I asked him how much he knew about clover mites he responded "Oh I don't know, as much as anyone I guess." Both men were extremely rude and condescending while clearly having very minimal knowledge on how to actually handle clover mites or successfully get the number at our home to decrease in the slightest. Also, the chemicals they sprayed discolored the siding on our house, as well as our baseboards, window ledges and carpet inside.

They have been coming to my stepdad's house for 3 years now and all they do is come in every other month and spray and they still have bed bugs 3 years later and he has to pay them $95 every other month for 3 years. There's no doubt in my mind they're taking advantage of an elderly person. This company sucks and I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give zero stars that's what I would do because after 3 years of heating up the house twice and spraying every other month there should be not a bug in that house

We moved and Springer will not return any calls or emails requesting to move the service to our new address. They charged us twice for one month but haven't provided service in over a month. This is the first review i have ever written online, but i feel its necessary. Honestly, I feel a little taken advantage of. The initial consultation seemed very promising, I was told that the issues I was having would be resolved. The first gentleman that came out to service argued with me about holes in my basement wall not being from a pest, but I got two other opinions from professionals who said they were from pests. I had already paid over a grand for springer, so I gave them more chances. I was on quarterly visits, my last visit was 2/14, when I called today, I was told they came out in March. (If they did, they gave me no indication of coming out). So quarterly visits would be every three months. My basement has a 6 foot long area where there is access to my crawl space and any creature can crawl under my deck, right into my basement if they want. I was told for months that they would help me figure out a way to seal it up, but they never did. I called and canceled today for the simple fact that it seems they made promises on the initial consultation that they had no intention of following through on, they said it to get me as a customer. So all in all, I paid $1700 for them to put a few traps up, and shove some steel wool under my siding, which I could have done myself for $100. I guess lesson learned, I know now!

This is to inform the public of the Horrible service a good friend of mine has experienced with Springer Pest Services. Earlier this year she heard noises in her ceilings and walls. Jay the service tech came out to inspect her home and told her she has rats. I found that diagnosis very strange considering her location and up keep of her home and neighborhood. He put out traps and sprayed. Charging her $800 for a yr contract but only coming out every other month. My friend always walked around with Jay and checked the traps when he would come & never was there any rats or rat droppings. Warmer weather and she didn't hear the noises/scratching in the walls. Here it is cold again and the noises/scratching are back. My friend was refered to Mark, a guy who does pest control for housing inspectors. Mark found her problem right away. Bats! Not Rats! He found the droppings at the entrance of where they were coming in. This was my thought from the very beginning but I am No expert. Costing my friend another $300 to actually diagnose And fix the issue. When my friend called Steve Thompson, Springer Pest Services manager he laughed at her and asked if she wanted to cancel her contract! My friend is disabled and on very limited income. The misdiagnosis from Springer cost her $800 & being humiliated by Steve Thompson. Unless you are willing to be charged an outrageous fee for ship shot work don't call Springer Pest Services or have to deal with Steve Thompson! Poor Jay obviously was never properly trained & didn't have a clue the real issue.

Out of respect for client confidentiality, I am not at liberty to openly discuss your friend’s situation in a public forum. However, what I can disclose is that the situation was presented to us by the customer several weeks ago. When she contacted us, I immediately addressed and apologized for the miscommunication and/or misidentification of the rodent in question and her money was refunded and account balances were written off. The documentation and action steps taken on her property were reviewed in great depth by the technician and numerous supervisors for further clarification and understanding.<br>She was a delightful customer to work with and I am once again sorry for any negative experiences that she continues to feel. I recognize that several of her friends and family have also left reviews over the past few weeks. We are not sure how else to rectify this situation.<br>Therefore, if she would like to reach out to me once again, I am definitely willing to listen to any unresolved grievances that she continues to have and further apologize.
